Love this playground and so do my kids--big modern and lots to do.The splash pad is a great addition but drainage and overspray were not considered at all. The concrete on the splash pad is slick with brown red and green slimy algae. Three quarters of the area around the concrete circle of the splash pad are mud. It's really gross and has been like this at least the three years we've been coming here. My daughter just wiped out on the slick and scraped her knees while simultaneously doing the splits. This part has me most concerned, as last year I heard through the grapevine that a kid had gotten cut or scraped on the splash pad and contacted some sort of non-healing staph infection or the like. Who knows?? Wouldn't be surprised?? We keep coming. The splash pad needs a bunch of work to make it less nasty. Extended concrete, maybe concrete benches around the edge so water is forced to go down toward the drain....also maintenance to come often to scrub the slick off the concrete and sanitize. I live in PVD and this one is by far the grossest splash pad I've been to.

⚠️ It’s a nice park but PARENTS needs to pay attention to their kids. Kids were putting wood chips on to the splash pad my child couldn’t even get wet. Ever since the pad came back on you see rude kids not following the rules that are listed on the entry. Parents pay attention to your children! And also climbing on top of the large slide so afraid someone will get seriously hurt some day. 🚯 This 3 star is for the trash found around the playground. I don’t understand why is there trash on the floor when there’s about 6+ trash can in and around the playground. Please throw away your trash. Also people leaving behind clothes, shoes, and beach toys, PAY ATTENTION❗️❗️

This was our first visit. We absolutely loved it. Our kids aged 10 and 7 had so much fun. The zip line was a big hit with my son and my timid daughter loved that she could zip line a little safer in the chair. What a great idea! The playground had so many fun activities and they also enjoyed the splash pad! It was 90 degrees when we visited and mom and dad appreciated the shaded sitting areas, we didn't mind the mist from the splash pad either! I loved the little library at the entrance to the park and we added several books to it. It was also a huge bonus that the bathrooms were available as well. We really enjoyed this beautiful park and we will be back soon.

This playground is super cool. Especially the zip line, my child loves it a lot. Whenever we come here, he will definitely spend some time playing with it. But today, I realized that facility is also very dangerous! When my 3 year old was standing there waiting for it to come back, a girl just threw it to him, hit him directly. Her dad asked if he is okay. Of course he is not! I was so upset to answer that silly question. WITHOUT saying sorry, that family just left! Leaving my son crying his heart out. And when I took my son out to our car. I saw her dad buying her an ice cream as if she did something worth rewarding. In short, parents should be really careful in case you come across with...

This is a really great park, looked like it had well taken care of lawns, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground with splash pad, and picnic tables. My kid had a great time exerting energy before nap time. It included bigger kid equipment but also equipment suitable for younger toddlers, like ourselves. One star off because there WAS visible litter in the playground mulch - cups, tissues, snack trash etc. that the toddlers kept trying to pick up while playing. I wish In would have had a trash bag and gloves or a trash picker-upper to clean up while I walked around - It was so nice I felt like I should have been on clean up duty while I was there to keep it nice for...
