Absolutely horrible experience. Lets start with purchase. Went in during a sale and was upsold. Only wanted a dishwasher and stove was sold a microwave that i didnt need and was told it would qualify me for a rebate through ge. Salesperson was mis informed and after months of back and forth was finaly provided a rebate. Actual deal was buy three get 500 off fourth salesperson was misinformed and told us to buy the microwave and it would even out with rebate. Now issues with the appliances themselves. 1st dishwasher within a couple months the circuit card fried and here comes repair man, then pump failed here comes repair man then a couple weeks later pump failed again here comes repair man. In the midst of this the repair man broke the mounting hardware and now the dishwasher does not sit right. Mind you each of these repair visits is actually 2 or 3 visits 1st an inspection then a big run around to order parts then they show up with wrong parts then back again all to the tune of roughly 500$ per failure. Now also mind you you're out of a dish washer for a week to 2 weeks. Lets let that settle and go on to the microwave that i was upsold on...repair man came out because after a few weeks it smelled like burnt electrical wires. Order parts came back ect..repair man broke the top trim ordered a "part" come back couldnt fix it said sorry and left. So now we live with that. Now lets talk about the propane electric stove. Repair man has been out at least twice for the burners being uneven or not working...another time because he dented a trim piece that took weeks to order and now another time to repair a leaking solenoid in the rear that leaked enough to empty 2 100# propane tanks into my first floor and basement. Repair man denied it was there part until i had a plumber at my own expense inspect every other piece of gas line in the house. And now i type this in anger as i sit here with a dish washer that again will not pumpwater out. Lets keep several things in mind 1. Paid close to 4,000$ for these GE cafe series appliances. 2. i was told they were top of the line. 3. I could have bought a whole nother set for what ive paid in parts and service calls. 4. This is all within 2 years of purchase unfortunately out of warranty everytime except microwave circuit card. Please use me as your ginny pig and avoid this store at all cost it is a money trap. *zero stars was not...

I had done a little research but really didn't know what to purchase. We were cordially greeted as we entered the store and told to look around to see if there was anything that might interest us. They said someone would be over to help us shortly. We had the pleasure of being helped by Fran Rebello. She showed us different makes and models, explained the differences and answered any and all questions that we had in a kind and no pressure manner. She helped my wife and I make a decision that was perfect for our wants and needs. She explained all the purchase options available to us, delivery, installation, pick up and removal of our old unit, extended warranty, pricing and also rebates available. She was great. She even found us an additional discount on the purchase price. It was only available for a few days. We made the purchase and Fran set up delivery in a few days for us. We had 2 great guys, Bryan and Santos, deliver our new dishwasher and pick up our old unit. They opened up the new unit, made sure it was perfect, and took away the carton and all the packing. The first item, a Bosch dishwasher, was on backorder and she took the time letting us know the number of backorders. We looked at a second option also on a very long backorder wait list at which point she started looking at what they had in stock that we might like and after looking at several Bosch models found one we liked. Next items were refrigerator, stove and microwave. Francis was able to tell us about the features of each and the nice thing was they were all in stock. She pointed out the refrigerator required a specific shut off valve which she asked me to send a picture of so she could check if OK and not have any surprise on install. she took the time to explain to explain the Performance Guarantee that can be purchased on each item and their was no pressure on purchasing them. Overall she spent about 21/2 hours with us. The whole experience was like going out shopping with a friend.
