Fajas Y Mas North Miami Beach — Attraction in North Miami Beach

Brought my daughter here after her surgery and the sales lady was acting first extremely nice, felt like a nice environment but then she became demanding and made the environment uncomfortable for my daughter . She was nice in the starting but once my daughter said she wants something bigger the sales lady became upset since she wouldn't want a small. She said the owner doesn't like someone trying on too many of the clothing. I found that weird because arent you trying to please the customer to find the correct size and products? It was very rude. Also your suppose to take care of the customer before answering all the calls or looking at your cell phone. Also to educate "too tight" isn't good. The sales lady kept saying yes tighter when in reality after any surgery, your garment should never be tight. You will create creases. Snug is the correct word. It seemed like the sales lady was not educated on this stuff at all lol even tho she kept saying she knows this stuff but if you were educated you would know any surgery a garment shouldnt be too tight and if someone says the small is way too tight maybe instead of huffing and puffing, you do your best to find something that fits nicer and comfortable. You rather have the customer comfortable than going home and wondering what a waste of 100 dollars they spent on a garment that is still way too tight to breath. She seemed to become upset which is horrible quality to have someone working there like that. It is a turn off and I will not recommend any my patients at my work (I work i the medical field )nor let my daughter go back. Personally youll have better luck getting something more comfortable and fitted somewhere else....

I love the experience on Both North Miami Beach location as well as Hialeah. I truly cared the most for the customer service. Prior to my liposuction my company CMA, we have been sending all our clients to the North Miami location due to convenience of the location as well as great fajas with good material. When it was my turn to be the client. I went before my liposuction I was greeted and help by the lovely Yoslaine. Today was my second time going to see her. Once before and 7 weeks post lipo. I love how she listens to your needs and finds the best fajas for you. During my lipo I visited one closer to home and this was the Hialeah location. I was there helped by Margarita she was amazing. Very good with costumer service. I was giving all the information about the faja and if I need to make any changes to them as I get small. I love both experiences on the stores, they are both very clean and the ladies are helpful...

I needed a post-lipo garment.

I bought a size that was too small and returned to the store for an exchange, The lady there helped me select if I wanted to exchange the garment, get a refund or alter the garment I purchased. She was so nice and helpful- after reading a review I was afraid I would not get any refund/exchange but that was totally not the case!

We added an extender to my garment on the spot! The seamstress did it in 5 mins. I can close my garment and it’s perfection now!
