Miami China City Plaza Oriental goods Store — Attraction in North Miami Beach

First off I would like to say this place is really cool and it has a variety of different items to choose from but this place was a waste of my time my daughter really wanted to have an Asian themed birthday and theses people messed that up for her for a few reasons They didn’t even allow her to try on she’s 8 by the way I get the no refund but no exchange when you sell clothes, furniture and foreign goods is insane. ( please be mindful of what you buy and make sure that you really want it because you can’t even change it or get your money back if you get sick from the items or if something doesn’t fit) When I got home I let my daughter try on the outfit which was her size by the way and it was way too big. So the next day I went back to the store and politely asked for an exchange and a rude Spanish man was like no we don’t do that even with me having the receipt and only purchasing it 1 day ago mind you I spent $121 in the establishment. I didn’t even want any money back her outfit was $60 I just wanted to get a smaller size. My family...

I bought 4 items at the store..all 4 items were damaged and totally useless….I returned to the store as the lady at the front desk invited me to do if anything went wrong with the items….then she took the money…..When I came back to the store she pretended not to be aware and to know nothing about the situation….was speechless this time…no to much of the same help when she was trying to sell something….So At the end she stared into unhelpful at all….she just said no returns, no exchange,…..good bye I’m busy now… Legitimately scammers… That only brought poor quality stuff produced overseas with the lowest human rights…to then no to pay taxes,,,to hire always unauthorized people to word…to slow the economy with their type of...

I have never felt so unwelcomed in a place in my while life like I did entering this place. The Asian lady literally ignored me because I had no mask on and literally ran away from me two isles down as if I was going to infect her with COVID. I was kind enough to put my mask on and asked her about her wholesale pricing to which she stared at me as if I was a poor person telling me the minimum is 500. I wouldn’t spend five dollars in that store because of that lady right there. If the owner ever reads this please read some reviews on your employee and if you are the owner lady, I think it’s time to retire because customer service is definitely...
