The worst experience I donāt normally shop at this store. I go to the TJ Maxx in Cordova, but I had a runway return dress with the receipt with the price tag and with the alarm, that is mandatory for runway, I asked the supervisor Kim if it was OK to do a return there and she said yes make the line the cashier was concluding my return in about to give me my cash and staple boat receipts when her dumbest question to the supervisor was the color is not matching or something like that made me make the line almost finalize my return and told me you have to go back to the original store because we canāt return it. Imagine that with everything that is mandatory for a runway return while there there were other customers complaining and of course I went off on them. Thatās the reason I never shop here is always a pleasure to shop at TJ Maxx, Dania in Broward in Fort Lauderdale, Cordova, TJ Maxx, and by the way, I had spent close to $400 in the same receipt so they lost a customer when they knew that I was following procedure for one-way return. Iām always buying a TJ Maxx, but this store is the worst. I was very disappointed in my last shopping experience. I greet everyone and speak to store employees regularly when I need assistance and I always ask for "Gigi." This woman is such a sweetheart. Always polite and professional. My Wife and I enjoy her company and she always makes our visit worthwhile.. I noticed though this time there was a woman by the name of Mary, I believe her to be the assistant store manager yelling and in a very loud and unprofessional manner speaking down to one of her employees in front of a customer in which to me that was highly unpredictable and unprofessional. In fact that's something that should of been discussed behind closed doors, not in front of the customer, in fact the tone of voice was so loud that I would of expected it from a customer, not an employee. Especially not from the so called and unprofessional store manager. I think this woman Mary the assistant store manager should really work on her courtesy and manners, if not then she really needs to be removed from her position.
