We've had the best experience with Mr. Appliance staff on more than one occasion. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and the absolute best to work with! The technician (Keith) and the office manager/scheduler (Katie) have gone above and beyond wonderful to not only keep me informed, but to also diagnose and repair the problem with my refrigerator.
