Prairie Friends & Flowers — Attraction in North Platte

The customer service was great, until I cancelled. I worked with 2 gals on a custom order design via multiple emails and phone conversations. I'm in another state, and I wanted to order from a local shop, rather than some huge chain. Today, I was going to call to order, but I wanted to look at other gifts they offer on the site. Then I noticed I could order online. After I entered all my info, I got an error stating that the shop is closed the day I wanted it delivered (a Monday that's not a holiday), as well as the day before.

I had actually just received a call from another local shop because I'd accidentally placed my order with them - the sites look almost exactly the same! They had called me as a courtesy to say that it seemed like I meant to order from Prairie Friends, and they cancelled my mistaken order. So, I called that shop back and re-ordered, since I'd had no troubles with the delivery date. Then, I sent what I thought of as a courtesy email to Prairie Friends so they wouldn't be looking for my order. I immediately received 2 short emails, the second of which was terse and accusatory, blaming me for not checking that the website may be having issues. The service and appeal were good but the arrangement i chose showed a red vase and was delivered in a green vase. The look was not quite as impressive and the delivered flowers seem to be a little sparse versus the arrangement that was showed online, but other than that they served the purpose that flowers usually do to make someone smile.
