Bruce Furniture & Floor Covering — Local services in North Platte

We visited several furniture stores in town looking for a couch and Bruce Furniture was our last stop before we thought we would have to look in Kearney or another town. I am SO GLAD we stopped in. Bruce sells off the floor. Only store we went to where we were able to pick out a couch and get it delivered SAME DAY which was a huge selling point as everywhere else was a wait of 2-3 weeks for shipping on getting the couch we wanted. Also free delivery which no one else offered and the prices were very reasonable. They also have a very nice tracking feature you can see how many stops the delivery driver has before getting to your house. In addition to all that they had the best selection on the floor and Halli was so nice and helpful in finding our perfect couch recliner combo. Best buying experience we have ever had she was extremely helpful without making us feel pressured or hovering too much. We will definitely be buying all our future furniture...

When I bought my furniture from them a couple years ago, they were extremely helpful. knowing it was urgent & I was tired and sore from moving, they delivered my furniture that same day so that my 9 month pregnant self had some where to sit down after being out in the heat, and in case baby came, there would be somewhere for me to sit with baby when I got home. We had to wait a month to get out carpet installed. Then on top of that, it took almost 2 months to get our complete set of furniture. It took me calling them and telling them to come get the furniture for me to finally get the complete set. When I told Joann that, she gave me a massive attitude. She had no clue where my recliner was, and magically she found it that day and I had it the next day.
