We love this place ,Jonah Hagarty and I are here at least 2 or 3 times a week.Tina is phenomimal with the kids and the parents. It should be mandatory workers not have cell phones when they should be watching the children. Older children tend to bully at times and if they are looking at their phones then they don't see it. Yesterday the only day I didn't get a parent band, Jonah said an older child choked him around his neck. I realize the young adults that work here are working here because they have too not because they want to. Younger help also need customer service taught to them, if you realize in today's world most of them don't know how to start a conversation. I also came yesterday around 3 and typing agile left me standing without a hello or anything. After a couple minutes a young man came over and took care of us. It's not all the young adults that are involved and being a buisness owner myself we know it takes time to work out the kinks. It's not going to stop me from bringing Jonah unless something like cleanliness becomes an issue. It is more your evening staff. The daytime staff seems really good and friendly. This is important!!! Maybe make it mandatory that every guest is greeted by someone to say welcome in and see you next time. We do have the annual membership and I tell people about this place all the time. I did just talk to Justin and shared my heart of what needs to be...
Read moremy children enjoyed their time, which is why I’m giving two stars however we were there as guests for a birthday party and it was very disorganized. The host told the Mother of the birthday girl that the pizza would be ready by 6:30. They did not bring the pizza unti PM when the party ended. They Automatically counted children that were three and under in the count for the Kids included in the birthday party Which was $30 per kid and then told the mother of the birthday girl it was because they would not have gotten an Icee If they didn’t. An icee is mucj cheaper than $30 Which I feel is very dishonest of them To do without speaking to the parents Paying for the party. The host for the party Seems very confused of the time and had very poor communication skills. I had to ask them to announce that the pizza was ready for the birthday girls party because no one did it and was given Attitude for giving them a reminder. we asked the host multiple times for more cups and had to go looking for her Because she never returned. We then asked her for more plates when the pizza came and we never got that at all And didn’t bother going to find her because all the kids were Hungry and we gave them paper towels instead. I have four children myself we would have loved to have one of my kids birthday parties here also, but after the experience from tonight I definitely Will not...
Read moreGreat place for kids, indoor with a.c and there is a snack bar. Already had a birthday there and amazing work, our kids were happy. Super clean (thanks Mike!) We are members and have been twice a week for a month now. I have 3 complaints 1) every time I come the workers are always in groups talking with no regard of a paying customers (currently there is a group at the register) Complaint 2) the majority of us let our children just run and play in the bounce. I noticed the workers not sticking to there post and instead playing tag with the kids.. who is watching that section while the worker runs around to the other side of the bounce? No one.. so then we have kids getting hurt or saying the employee tagged too hard and it felt like a punch. (Another group just formed in front of concession's) complaint 3) being a founding member and still having to pay as a parent, I don’t want to jump I want to helicopter my kid when I feel I need to…currently I feel anxious trying to find my kid from the outside...
