BUYER BEWARE: I ordered online, went into the store to pick up, was over charged by $45 and when I caught the mistake and came back in I was told extremely rudely by a girl named Casey that it was my fault for not checking the receipt before I left. I explained that I wasnāt upset, mistakes happen, but the price should not change from online to in store and we just had to make it right. She argued with me that it was the systems fault and my fault for not checking the receipt not that she made a mistake, and she told me she was unwilling to refund me the money she over charged. She finally produced the money that she over charged me and again was very rude and told me she was going to get in trouble for giving me the money she overcharged me back. I completely understand mistakes happen but the way in which the āmanagerā handled accepting responsibility for making the mistake she made was unacceptable. This is my Third time having an issue at this specific dispensary. Not to mention the hour to hour and a half wait everytime you go in unless you order online. But if you order online then the prices will change between when you check out and come in store. And if you catch the mistake the budtender made, you will be villainized as if it was your fault for simply choosing to shop here. I place an order it goes through put as express then I get there and trulieve store never even had the flower in stock the first place. Storefront answer "I don't know how that could have happened?" Today corporate says my order is good give the order number to trulieve store at the counter.....Guess what low and behold store front hasn't had the flower I ordered even though 2 different people from customer care said my order was ready and packed. This is very inconvenient! The worst part is the laxadasliscal approach of really not caring if the customer is taken care of properly! Pretty much take it or go elsewhere and doesn't matter to us if we have your business or not! I am combat disabled veteran and if this is how the the disrespectful level of of service to someone who has served their country from trulieve employees and YES MANAGERS as well want this level of disrespect to bring their loyal customers who stop in at 2-3x a week with hard earned money. I mean how many millions of dollars are you making an now after 4 years the reward points we get for each dollar purchased expire after 6 months mind you most the sales you can't use them anyway as they stopped you being able to stack them with other discounts. So now today after checking my account they have taken over 18,000 points as I was extremely loyal for years just adding up my points. Well now I have less then 500 after using maybe 1000 of them if was lucky. I am so angry an this this place is scummy as you can get. Mind you they also took harvest products an about the doubled the price for exact same product. ALL IN ALL I WONT BE RETURNING ANYTIME SOON.
