Last night I entered the drive-thru at 8:22 p.m. on April 15th, 2023. Even though it was not busy I was not allowed to exit the drive-thru until 8:49 p.m. I was forced to wait almost 40 minutes in a Drive-Thru for my order because the person in front of me knew the Starbucks barista running the window and they proceeded to hang out take selfies and exchange and read each other's phones for almost a half an hour. I could not believe what I was witnessing and myself and the several people behind me we're being held hostage in line. ALL of us were beeping our horns and yelling out of the window to let us exit, and it was to the point that we no longer cared about our orders we just wanted it to be able to go home. When I finally did get to the drive-thru window after yelling begging screaming and pleading for them to move, the short choppy green haired woman that was running the window begin to lie and make up several excuses as to why she made us all wait for 40 minutes. It was a very bad situation, one that has left me in a bad state mentally and I have reported this heinous event to the district manager and the regional manager and I fully intend to file a lawsuit for this crime that was committed at your location last night. NO ONE should be held against their will regardless of...
Read moreThis location never gets it wrong but that doesn’t go without saying there are little things that could be worked on that are very frustrating time and time again. Mobile Ordering in general. You get ignored standing at the counter if you have a mobile order. Straws not readily available to customers. No opportunity to ask for a straw as you are just flat out nonexistent to them. You may as well stand there and do jumping jacks to get them to notice you need something otherwise they just continue on and ignore you. Drive Thru and counter Orders take priority. Things are already ready on time, but it may not be necessarily accessible at that time for you to grab it and go. Many times I order food and it leaves me stuck at the counter watching them warm things, put it in a bin and then someone else grab the things as the drive thru customer pulls through yet my mobile ordered food sat in the bin until I finally manage to get someone’s attention to grab it for me. I get that they are very busy at times and I applaud them for all their hard work, but mobile order customers should be treated like all other customers or don’t offer mobile ordering. Please take this review lightly. Great job overall Starbucks but please pay attention to your mobile order...
Read moreSo I rarely will give bad reviews but after 3 months of going to this place literally every morning and ordering the exact same thing every time........I have to stop going.
Treated a little indifferent on my birthday when the free item didn’t work through the app; I got over it, but definitely a turn off.
I only have one thing to add to a normal caramel macchiato and half the time it’s not added and it’s happened the last three times in a row. Also, seemed to just stop putting whipped cream and caramel on top too???
So I will be sad that I’m not having Starbucks anymore and will go through some withdrawals I’m sure. Not sure why every Starbucks now that covid has hit; has an angry atmosphere inside??? I travel for work and it’s literally every store now except for a couple of shining individual stars.
You would think not having to deal with crowed stores during covid would create a welcoming atmosphere when someone actually enters your stores.
I can’t remember her name but young long dark haired girl is the best! She recognizes me and hands me my coffee with a smile!!! Everyone else seems a little...
