I had never been to the place before, but I was lured in by their $6 lunch special. I was there as soon as they opened on Sunday (noon). I was immediately seated and introduced to my server, Donald. I asked for the lunch special and was showed the options that I could choose from. I decided on the Pizza Margherita with a Greek side salad. The salad was really good. It had a nice mix of salad greens, black olives, feta, chick peas, tomato and cucumber. It was a generous portion as well. Once my salad was finished the pizza came out. It was thin and crispy and you could tell it was fired due to some scorching on the bottom. It's not a bad thing. The scorching actually added another level of flavor and really enhanced the overall taste of the pizza. The crust was nice and crispy and held up well to the sauce, cheese and fresh basil. The 10" pizza was the perfect lunch portion size. The restaurant was surprisingly large. The decor was cozy and was well lit. You can tell their service was well thought out, even the napkins were high quality. My server was attentive without hovering over and smothering me. When I walked in I was offered a survey to complete and with that came a 10% off coupon good at any of their 3 establishments. Overall a very good experience and I'll be coming back. If I had to complain the only thing I could bring up is that I wish they offered free WiFi. The building, being brick, just swallowed any mobile signal I had. Perhaps they purposely did it so people would put their phones down and enjoy their meal and company. I really recommend coming in. The $6 lunch special they have is probably the best pizza lunch special in town. You really can't beat it.

We were extremely disappointed to discover a piece of trash at the bottom of one of our water cups, hidden beneath the ice. The sight was so off-putting that we couldn’t even finish our meal. When we brought it to the restaurant’s attention, they apologized and offered a free dessert. However, considering how disgusted we were, offering more food felt inappropriate and tone-deaf to the situation. We were visiting from Ohio, and I had been so excited to introduce this restaurant to my daughter. I had enjoyed it on previous visits to the area and had spoken highly of it. Unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perception. What made matters worse was the manager’s response. Instead of coming to speak with us directly, he hid behind a pizza box while the server relayed the issue. It was bizarre and unprofessional. He never came to our table, never apologized, and gave the impression that we were somehow at fault for pointing out a very serious issue. We travel frequently all over the country, and we’ve never encountered something like this—neither the contamination nor the lack of accountability. I approached the matter respectfully, simply informing the staff, yet the response felt dismissive and careless. Regrettably, we won’t be returning, and I plan to share this experience on multiple review platforms. It was not only unhygienic, but the customer service was truly disappointing.

I have to edit my rating, I have been coming to this location for to go for over 5 months and I always get a large salad and a margarita pizza. I just ordered that same thing for the 5th time in a row and there's absolutely no sauce on the pizza or motz cheese, the customer service was horrendous and in my salad there was absolutely no dressing. Although they did give me 3 containers of salad dressing, all 3 were half full, also there was 1 slice of tomato and 2 slices of cucumber. Extremely disappointed in everything. They also over charged for the meal special that we get.

Our experience was awful! We are new to this area just moving down from Sarasota! We’ve loved every place we have visited, food good, service excellent, people very nice, EXCEPT, Bocca Lupo! Here is what transpired: Got a recommendation for the place, called, gal answered, put me on hold all before I could get one word out! 10 minutes and 39 seconds LATER she picks my line up, are you still there? I proceeded to explain we were new here, you were recommended, I then asked if they made a certain pizza, no, told me their basics and you can add your choice of toppings. So I did, then when she tells me the price, it was a “ cheese” pizza as the basic, I had told her we wanted the “ meat lover” with our added choices! I also reminded her that we ordered the garlic knots too! She had already forgot that too! Then I had to ask her if she wanted our last name since we were picking it up? Oh yes! Then we get there to pick the order up, I told the hostess we were there for a pick up, she points to the girl standing to here left, I look at her, tell her the name, she tells another girl who was making up a box, she through the box to the side, gets our pizza, literally through it down on top of other boxes that were in front of me! They want their pay, i then remind them of the other order as I’m paying, it was on the bill, the same girl threw THAT box on top of my pizza box!! I sign the receipt, as the gal taking pay answered the phone, she hangs up, I’m still standing there, she looked at me, held her hands out like “ now what” I told her I wanted my receipt, she then told me I told her I didn’t want it! I told her “we” didn’t have that conversation! She dug it from the trash! Pizza sucked!! No pizza sauce what so ever, garlic knots were doughy and terrible!! Will NEVER go...

We arrived today with a party of 6 for a birthday celebration at 3pm with 2 of the guests arriving shortly after. We were sat right away with the okay and a seat yourself service. Two separate waitresses said they would be right with us yet we sat for 10 with no drinks then after they arrived we had to flag down the waitress again for the menus. We ordered the garlic knots and appetizer sampler, the garlic knots were cold even though they arrived promptly. We stacked our appetizer plates and put them at the end of the table and they sat there the entire time. We had to flag our waitress down again for drink refills, in which my miller lite draft never arrived. Two of our guests food came out and we sat there for over 10 more minutes and my wings arrived then 10 minutes later the other 3 dishes arrived but I still had not received my Caesar salad. The bolognese and fettuccine Alfredo dishes were also cold. No one checked in, there were plenty of other workers wandering around, our table was covered in empty glasses and plates. After we ate some of our meals, which the food was tasty if not cold, we asked for to go containers and the check was also given. We wanted to do presents and order a birthday dessert at the table but it was still covered in dirty dishes and glasses. I asked to speak to a manager, 5 minutes later still no one arrived and we left. We are very disappointed in this experience as we have always enjoyed both locations but this was unacceptable and ruined our 18 year olds birthday...
