BEWARE- Our family ordered $100 worth of food tonight and when we got home the “cooked salmon roll” was RAW and not cooked. When I called and told the girl who answered the phone that I don’t eat raw fish and would need something else she proceeded to put me on hold multiple times and when she got back on the phone she was very rude and started laughing at me multiple times and also told me I was making a big deal out of nothing. I requested to speak to the manager or owner so someone else got on the phone who was not in either of those positions. I again requested the owner or manager and finally got to speak with him which he began to make excuses and tell me it’s smoked salmon which no where on the menu did it say that it says cooked salmon not smoked not raw but cooked. He never once apologized even after I told him how I was spoken to by his employee or for us having to come back to the restaurant due to the food problems. They ruined our family dinner and the food wasn’t very good at all some of the soups barely had more than an inch of soup in them and the two general tso chicken weren’t spicy at all even after requesting them to be spicy and extra spicy. I understand that things happen and issues arise but their lack of customer service is what is most upsetting and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. UPDATED- to add that we also got really bad food poisoning later that night and into the next day it...

One of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. Firstly I want to say I went here for my first time and had high hopes. The menu had many items to choose from so I was excited. After placing my order I sat at one of the many sticky tables while I waited. The food was brought out after a short wait and placed by one of their kitchen staff. After thanking the staff they left and the first thing I noticed in my meal was a short black hair. Gross... I pulled the hair out and showed my date and we were both disgusted and ultimately lost our appetite. I placed the hair back on the meal got up and showed the worker on the register to request a refund. This worker then looks at my hair to ask if I'm sure it was not my own hair. Yes I'm sure... She then says that the hair is only on the top of the food so it should be okay. Yeah it's on top cause I pulled it out of the food and placed it back... She then says that it can't be one of their cooks cause they wear hair nets. Funny cause our food was brought out by someone not wearing one... While waiting for my refund she blames me for the issue instead of taking responsibility and that is what brings me here with this one star review. Go at your own risk unless you like hair in your food and being...

Updated years later... Forgot I had reviewed them after an early experience here. Wanted to come back and update my review to 5 stars after many more meals of both Japanese and Chinese food. They've been consistently good. My biggest complaint is the fairly small selection of sushi, but what they make is always good.

Original review... Tasty and relatively inexpensive (for sushi). We placed a large take out order online for pickup at a specific time. When we arrived, it was just being completed. Perfect! Brought it home and plated it (photo attached) and yes, it tasted as good as it looks. The only disappointing sushi we had was the spicy scallop roll we had the day before (a test snack before our New Year's Eve dinner) - light on the scallop, and the spicy sauce wasn't true Japanese style,, but the other trial rolls we're great. The NYE dinner was fantastic. Again, the scallop (this time plain as sashimi) was the most disappointing item - not as sweet as we're used to - and it's usually my favorite. In any case, we'll be getting take out again - likely very soon. What we had tonight: tuna, yellowtail, red snapper, scallop, eel, spider roll, dragon roll, and...

It’s ok. They have a good lunch combo special which comes with a can drink. I had the beef vegetables with fried rice for $11.64. It took less than 10 minutes to order over the phone, drive and pick up. Staff is very nice. My vegetables and beef were perfection, my fried rice was somewhat bland. But all in all I will return to try other specials. They are conveniently located at Cocoplum Plaza just off 41 in North Port. Lots of parking and a wide range of shopping near by.

This is by far the worst Chinese food I've ever had! It was like eating dog food patė. I've had better sushi at a gas station at 3am. There is a makeshift fort made of shower curtain liners across the check-out area. They put your bags in a plastic bin and then push that through so then the customer opens the other side of the plastic bin to take their food. Even the fortune cookie told me to eat healthier. I wish I were joking about this place.
