Dollar Tree — Attraction in North Randall

I was there about 2 months ago and could not believe how UNPROFESSIONAL the "Manager" was. She was very loudly berating a coworker, right out on the floor, for all to hear. The things she was saying to him were rude and things you keep off the floor. I think he is a supervisor or in management as well. He responded by saying in a low, calm voice, that she shouldn't be speaking on the floor like that, but I think she said she didn't give an F. I had been there a few times before this and he helped me find an item and rang me out another time. Very courteous and polite, unlike the other people they have there. I didn't see him my last trip in, so they may have gotten rid of him; probably did too much for the customers and didn't act ratchet enough. Or maybe he found a better job where they appreciate his customer service skills. Either way, what I saw, and heard, that day was ridiculous. If that's a manager, no wonder the store is a continuous wreck and they keep the rude, forever texting, inappropriate employees they have. Worst customer service ever. I arrived at 8:30 walked in and the lady said I had 1 minute.... How is that? It says you close at 9 pm not 8:30 not 8:45 it says 9 pm. If employees are closing earlier than the posted business hours they should notify customers they're doing so. On top of the rude customer serive the store was dirty and had nothing I needed. I'm still in the parking lot and 4 vehicles have pulled up but unable to get in because the cashier locked the door that's really a shame. The store is well stocked and most of the employees are nice. Except the lady wearing the pink tshirt this last Wednesday. She was stocking the nachos and candy. That lady needs a whole course in customer service, courtesy and common etiquette. She was standing in the middle of the isle and she didn't move after I said excuse me. She looked at me with dead fish eyes like if I was disturbing her existence.
