Looking at all these other reviews....
I have to say that everybody here that is complaining.....
cry and complain about every other little* thing in their lives.
more than likely can't cook a decent meal on their own.
Don't know how to approach people.. n complaining after leaving the drive thru
So used to convenience..... That their self centered ways are blinding them on the pressure the employees take every minute.
don't understand there are other ways to approach this... Only ended up looking like grown babies.
are IMPATIENT people
more than likely out of shape
In a rush to go nowhere most of the time... Yet still want they stuff ASAP.
Keep crying instead of finding other ways...
EVERY SINGLE TIME THAT I CAME HERE FOR THE PAST YEAR.... I HAVE GOTTEN EVERYTHING I ORDERED CORRECT...
Ya definitely don't know how to speak to the employees as your ordered is filled ....
Also the people sitting in the long drive thru lines .. park your lazy ass and walk in... If you got the time to sit in those lines all day, you got the time to walk in n make sure everything is correct... Instead u bishin after the fact.
Almost 100 percent that you get your order right if you talk to them directly .....
Not saying they are not without their problems though...
Also ... Haven't ran into old grease problem yet .....
Read moreThe young lady with pink hair down her back (no hat or hairnet) was not professional at all, when I ordered I asked her to please make sure that my biscuit and cocktail sauce was in my order because it was not included when I ordered the day before. When I got to the window to pay my $6,00, she never gave me the recipe and I waited for almost 10 mins and when she decided to come back to the window, she was handing me an order that was not mine. The woman who was preparing the food kept looking at me but never came to the window to ask what the problem was. So when she finally returned to the window, she was giving me an order that was not mine, then the lady who was preparing the orders put my order together, the young lady with the pink hair handed me my bag, I asked about the biscuit and sauce, she said with a NASTY ATTITUDE (LOOK IN THE BAG AND SEE). WHEN I CHECKED, THE SAUCE WAS NOT IN THE BAG, so when I told it wasn't in the bag, she almost threw it in my hand, so I asked to see the Mgr, the young lady who was preparing the orders, she said was the Mgr and when I was talking to her, she informed me that she would talk to her after I would leave. No apology from her either. This place will not have anymore of my business and I am going to pass the word of the to STAY AWAY FROM THIS...
Read moreThis was by far the worst Popeyes experience I have had. I got to Popeyes drive thru at 8:30 and didn't leave until 9:15. I asked the drive thru lady for fresh food cause I like all my food hot and she told me no problem it would be two minutes to pull up to the front that someone would bring my food out to me. So I did as told and I waited for about twenty minutes before going back to the drive thru and asking the lady. The look on her face told me that she forgot that I was waiting for my food. She didn't apologize she just told me it would be out in three minutes to pull up to the front again . But another fifteen minutes passed and I was still waiting. My order wasn't big at all so I couldn't understand why it was taking so long. Finally someone came out with the food and when I checked the bags of course they had my order wrong. I went through the drive thru but there were too many cars so I just decided to get out the car. I knocked on the door and nobody bothered to come open it. I stood for about five minutes knocking before someone opened. I told them they missed my extra biscuits and they gave them to me. Now when I got home. None of the food was hot so I waited all that time for nothing. The chickens were old and dry my fries were warm. Biscuits burnt. This experience has me...
