My battery went down to 4 volts by setting in my truck for 1 month inactive. When i went to the store the person helping my was unhelpful & not friendly he said that he could not tell if the battery was in warranty even tho they have been able to do this for me before. Instead he complained that i had the battery replaced several times before because it did not work. so i asked him to charge it up overnight. when i came back the next day to get the charged battery a different person helped me and said he looked up the battery and it was still in warranty because it was replaced before. I asked about possibly upgrading to a 6 cell battery to the new helper and he stated that if i let it set without running it once a day it would go bad. I have researched this online and know that he was lying about this. 6 cell batteries are much more reliable. Retail stores make more money on people replacing products after the warranty is over than the initial sell, they dont care to sell good products. Repeat business. author thing i will mention manufactures like to make good products but they also like to make money in the case of the 6 cell battery manufacture they produce two products which can both be bought on amazon, one rated 3 stars, & one rated 5 starts. retail shops mostly dont even want to sell something unless it will break forcing the customer to buy it again.    Read moreMy son visited the BATTERY PLUS store in North Richard Hills today to exchange his battery, which he purchased in 2021 for his vehicle. The battery he had originally came with his truck was not performing well.
Unfortunately, the battery stopped working last week, and my son attempted to exchange it due to it still being under warranty. However, the store informed him that he needed to return on Monday, as they had a strict policy about closing time.
Upon his return today, my son encountered a highly unprofessional employee who appeared to be a mix of male and female. This individual had a very negative attitude and began arguing that the battery had already been replaced once in 2020. We explained that this was not possible, as we had purchased the battery back in 2021 when we purchased our vehicle. This was the first time we had encountered such an issue.
Despite our efforts to explain the situation, the employee finally agree to exchange the battery. She expressed her dissatisfaction and refused to allow my son to assist her with the removal process. She even stated that this would be the last time she would need to exchange the battery, as she would have to purchase a new one in the future.
This experience was deeply disappointing, as the store did not honor its warranty obligations. The employee’s behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

As far as the staff and employees they were friendly and willing/ready to help. I brought in 2 iPhones to have the screens repaired. The associate did a thorough inspection of both phones and made sure all features and buttons worked before accepting and repairing the screens.
When I went to pick up the phones everything appeared fine and I was satisfied. My fault for not attempting to unlock my phone via Touch ID. When I finally did it did not work and I received an error saying unable to activate Touch ID. I took the phone back an explained the issue. The associate couldn't fix the problem and I had to drive to a different location for the problem to be fixed.
Long ordeal and they fixed the issue, right? Well now after having both phones for 24hrs now the screens they put on these phones are either defective or cheap. They miss keys I'm typing constantly and when I tap a certain area on the phone a completely different area responds. Example; I hit the upper left corner the middle of the screen responds.
Not worth battling over this. Will take the phones to Apple and have them replaced. Wasted almost $300 on screen replacements.
