UPDATE TO OWNER'S COMMENTS: Thank you for responding to my comment (owner) with your "standardized" response but I will not be reaching back out to anyone at KB Lash & Nails. Your comments of "We were probably very busy. But it could not be the right excuse for this issue." isn't acceptable to me. The appointments WERE available when I booked them online. I would assume your staff WOULD NOT just indiscriminately cancel them because walk-ins show up or someone calls with a large party! If that is how you run the business then why do you make it possible to make on-line appointments? My appointments were made well in advance of when I needed the service and your staff decided to cancel them with no reason or attempt to reach me to reschedule due to "probably very busy." You have my contact information as I have been coming to your business for several years. If you would like to try & "get it fixed" please reach out.

UPDATE: I have been going to KB Nails when my normal nail person isn't available which has been consistently for the last 3 months due to some surgery she needed. So I made an appointment on May 23rd for June 9th at 10:00 am with Christina. The appointment was confirmed. Then I received a text last Saturday, June 3rd, letting me know my appointment had been canceled & to make a new appointment. So I immediately made appointments with Christina & Diane for 11:00 am hoping that if one was indiscriminately canceled I would still have an appointment. Both appointments were confirmed. I then received texts yesterday canceling BOTH appointments because the time slots I selected weren't available (they were when I booked them) and to schedule a different time. I certainly understand emergencies but to just indiscriminately cancel appointments, 3, is poor business practice. My only guess is that they just no longer want me as a client and they've achieved their objective.

This place was amazing! I loved their staff so sweet and talkative! I have never experienced such an amazing staff and treatment unfortunately i usually get mean staff who can’t understand me well and kinda slap my hands around and seem to get annoyed with me, NOT AT THIS PLACE THOUGH they are so patient kind and understanding, I took my sister here to get her nails done for the first time she has autism and they worked well with her, the woman who did her nails even shared her own story with her son who is also on the spectrum very sweet lady she worked with her, was very nice, engaging, encouraging! This place is the worst. I used to get my lashes done here ALL the time. Usually would take two hours and the last few times it took an hour and 15 minutes. You notice the difference because of how rushed it was and they didn't stay on long either. The last time I went in, I asked Mira if my lashes (which were growing back from the last time) would hold up with the lashes, she said yes. So I went ahead with Hybrids. She finished in an hour and by that night they had ALL fallen off. The next day I was leaving overseas for a month. I asked her to venmo my money back and she said i'd have to come in for it. I explained to her my situation and she said "store policy" excuse me, that wasn't your policy before when you had people "venoming" tips.
