I will preface this by saying, when a client had to return due to a mistake on your part, that would not be the best time to ask them to write you a positive review on google. I've been here several times in the past no problems at all. This was likely a one off situation but it did leave a bad taste in my mouth since you didn't offer any recompense for the inconvenience and you fished for a review.

Situation at hand - Ran out on lunch to purchase a new vape, shopped around and purchased said vape, he said it didn't need anything extra. I got home and attempted to power up said vape, it didn't work. Reading into the instructions it requires a special battery SOLD SEPERATELY. I had to drive back up there, during my work hours to get this battery. He did apologize for his mistake and installed the battery and answered my question about the benefits of this type of device using a battery as I had never heard of that before.

My experience was there was someone behind the counter that had no clue what she was talking about and the reason that I say that is because I left there with a product that ended up not working less than 24 hours later. I went to purchase tobacco products to smoke in a hookah. I checked the dates on my go to brand Alfakher. Everything was more than two years past it's expedition date.The large 8.81oz and the smaller 1.76oz I tried the other products and they where also expired.
