Do you want the good news first or the bad news on this New Mexican restaurant in the area? Let’s start with the good news. The good news is the pastor, steak and the grilled chicken were delicious- very flavorful juicy and tender. The service was excellent and the decor was so cute! Everything was served on traditional Mexican dishes- which I loved. The bad news is they charged $14.55 for a taco dinner that was basically street tacos- and you only got one tortilla per taco. I literally finished each taco in about 3 bites. Oh but if you pay with cash, it’s $13.99- still waaayyy too much for 3 street tacos and like a half cup of rice and beans. The salsa is served hot which I didn’t care for but if that’s your thing, you might like it. Their meals are definitely on the pricier side which I wouldn’t mind paying as long as it’s worth it in taste and portions. They got the taste part down, those portions need some work. For me, it was just too expensive for what you get but if they were to switch to normal sized tortillas and give you more rice and beans, I would visit again.
