DRC Technologies — Attraction in Northampton

After they moved up my drop off date I was thinking this place was a good idea, then I spoke to Anthony about what I needed and he was 100% on board. I had a 900watt rockford fosgate amplifier from 2005 that in working order would out preform anything available today, but that didn't deter him. After investigating the issue I was informed that parts were cheap, and he would be able to finish it in a day, but he didn't have a way to test it. I asked for help with a simple task that I now know I could have accomplished from using youtube, (which I know because the techs there told me) while I was there I explained in detail what I wanted done and they told me they could do it. However when I got home and setup exactly how they told me to - what I had wanted done (and paid $300 for) did not work. I went back to get help but instead of trying to provide support to a customer the tech Chris repeatedly told me that it was my fault and refused to help further - unless I pay them more. This visit was very stressful and I caution anyone that goes here to look online first and if you must go to an IT place, please pass this one by. On a scale of one to ten with one being the worst and ten being the best; I give DRC Technologies a ten for their excellent customer orientated service. I found DRC's staff to be courteous,and knowledgeable all while paying close attention to detail.
