bad karaoke!! i drove 45 min to check out a different place for karaoke. wow! it was supposed to start at 9:00pm. i was the second person in the karaoke room when the doors opened at 9:00pm. the karaoke guy was playing music. the first person in the room handed a slip in before me...i was second. at 9:40, he called the first singer up. 40 min AFTER he was supposed to start. after the first singer, he called 4 other singers up (they came in AFTER me), and had another "on deck". when i went up and asked him if he misplaced my slip, that i was second in line, he gave me a very dirty look, then said, "i'll put you up next." i wasn't looking for favors, just my fair turn. all the people that went ahead of me sat at the same table. prob regulars. this does NOT mean i shud be bumped back! you can't get new people to come back if you don't treat them fairly. if your supposed to start at 9:00...start at 9:00! if there is a prob, let people know and ask for their patience. take people in the order they turn slips in...NO bumping friends up!

i left 2 messages for the owner to call me. i have a business. if there's something wrong, i need to know in order to fix it. seems this owner doesn't think this way :(

I used to live here under the bar in the "hotel" part.. Here are some of the issues I've had since moving here. •During a heat wave that hit the area (103°F), I had no relief. The room I rented the temp in the room was at least 110°F. My room's tiny window was screwed close. •8/31/2024 The Bar had a event, the shared bathroom downstairs had raw sewage coming out of the toilet. Went upstairs to let the know it was happening and was told "we're busy up here, we don't care, deal with it yourself." Contacted the owner at 6:50pm, told him. Didn't hear anything from him until 7:30pm. Ended up having to walk almost a mile to use the bathroom at a gas station for 3 days. •There is signs downstairs stating there is no smoking indoors due to insurance, yet long time residents still smoke in their rooms (rooms 3,5,6,7,8,9) •There is a pest issue cockroaches, mice and bed bugs 🤢. For the roaches:they spray, for the mice: the inhumane glue traps (which have caught bed begs and roaches), for the Bed Bugs: absolutely nothing is being done. Let's talk about the drugs that are used and Sold here... there is weed and possibly meth being sold here. Yup really safe......

My wife and I drove an hour and a half here to attend the Trapt show last night and we had blast overall. So, let's start off with the good. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food, drinks and atmosphere was great. This is a cool intimate place to listen to live music. Now, the bad! We waited over 50 mins for one sandwich and French fries which I find to be rather unreasonable in my opinion. The staff was completely rude, there was one bartender at the front bar in particular( tall blonde hair girl ) that seemed irritated, annoyed and snipy at times with some of the customers throughout the night. There was times where I waited roughly 10 mins with an empty cup in my hand waiting for another drink, while the bartenders stood around talking with each other or friends they knew at the bar. It's a shame because this is actually a cool place to hang out and see a show but I don't think that we will be...
