We had a phenomenal experience working with Kristin! From the fist time I contacted her she made herself available to consult on timing and wardrobe for our newborn session and provided thorough instructions on how to prepare for our session so that our newborn was sleepy and happy and ready to look her best! We opted for an in-studio session since as first time parents we didn’t want to worry about having our home photo ready, and her studio provided a perfect backdrop, Kristin expertly wrapped our daughter in a gauzy wrap selected from her collection, and she had beautiful little accessories to choose from to add the perfect finishing touch. All in all the hardest part of our experience was winnowing down all of the lovely images of our daughter and our new family into a number that we could fit in an album - and once again Kristin was right there guiding us through the photo selection process in a personalized zoom session where our gallery was revealed and all of the options were discussed until we were happy with our final selections. Kristin's portfolio had me in awe from the beginning when I was looking around for a maternity and newborn photographer. Her baby photos especially, had that dreamy, light-hued fantasy feel to them that fairy tales are made of. It was almost like looking at fantastic little creatures sleeping away on cotton clouds, wicker baskets, and soft mohairs. I wanted to find myself asleep next to them! :)

Her aptitude at capturing fleeting smiles and dreamy expressions, her patience at handling the babies, her dedication to making sure the parents will get exactly what they expect from the photoshoot and more, her knowledge of what backgrounds go best with what props, her large selection of photo props, and her passion for the trade is what makes Kristin stand out from the other photographers I interviewed.

Her unique photography style is visible from the beginning to the end of the process, when you get to select a photo album or framed pictures. She's got an amazing eye behind the camera, is very accommodating and dedicated, and will go the extra mile to try to make your vision become a reality. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Kristin for both our maternity and newborn photo sessions, and we are beyond thrilled with both the results! From start to finish, Kristin made the entire experience fun, comfortable, and truly memorable.

For our maternity photos, Kristin beautifully captured the love and excitement we felt as we awaited our little one’s arrival. Kristin has a fantastic eye for detail, and she guided us through poses that felt natural and captured our personalities perfectly.

When it came time for our newborn session, Kristin was incredibly patient and gentle with our baby - she’s also a professional baby swaddler! She sent us helpful instructions to follow prior to shooting, and she created a calm environment, ensuring our little one stayed relaxed throughout the session. The photos turned out absolutely perfect! The way she captured these precious early moments is something we’ll treasure forever.
