I approached Sonya with an idea for my wife's birthday gift. I asked if she could create a pair of earrings to complement an heirloom pendant that she has owned for 10 years. What she created was absolutely stunning. Every detail, the color, shade, texture, and constitution of the metal as well as the pattern meticulously matched the original pendant so well that anyone seeing them together would believe they were originally sold as a set. My wife was speechless when I presented them. I am so thoroughly happy with the work but also had such a great experience during the design process. Brutal customer service. Went in to commission a necklace to give to my wife to commemorate the birth of our son. Was told it would be two weeks and they would call when it was finished. 3 weeks came and went with no call, so I visited the store to inquire and Katy acted like she didn't know what I was talking about, then made up some story about how its at the "setter."
