Dollar General — Attraction in Northfield

The store is a complete wreck, there is stuff everywhere and not one of the employees will pick things up. When I asked to speak with a store manager I had to wait a hour to speak with them with a concern about a product that was going to be there yesterday. The manager Sam got very rude and slammed the door to the back stock room in my wife and I face. If you need anything from dollar general please go to the one in twinsburg, they are more professional and the store is cleaner then Northfield. After our experience with Northfield we went to twinsburg and got to speak with the manager of that store and he apologized for our experience in Northfield and said if we needed anything else to come to his store and he would take care of us. One women there was very rude she accused me and my friend of moving things and leaving them in different locations! She yelled at us harshly and embarrassed us in the store and then we left after we bought some things. We came back the next day to my some more stuff and the lady yelled at us to get out of the store! I was there buying my co-worker a birthday gift I asked a man who was stocking shelves where the balloons were he said go up to the cashier and ask come to find out he was the district manager I said ok he wouldn't know okay! A man came and asked him for help he was happy to help the man and the man was of opposite color! The cashier took up for him!
