Update: It is amazing how you responded back to my review in a timely fashion, but when my party booking was mismanaged I have NOT heard one thing from you. I gave you/your company ample time to rectify the issue before I posted a review. Your lack of action for weeks and weeks has prompted me to post this review. First and foremost, your message is very contradictory. At first you accused me of not being the person who booked the party. Then, you turn around in the next breath and once again accuse me of booking the wrong location. How dare you accuse me of being dishonest!!!!! One thing that I NEVER do is tell lies. I do not have to. See the attached screenshots of emails that shows that I booked the party at the Northfield location. I used the contact information on YOUR website to book the party. Once again instead of you accepting ownership over the error, you are placing blame on me. I have emails as well as text messages that can be posted. If need be, I will post them all. I have no reason to LIE!!! By the way nothing in my review violates Google policy. So good luck with having my review removed. You only want to have my review removed to avoid people knowing the truth. The truth that you are obviously trying to cover up.You stand on integrity, what a joke!!!!!!!
The party was probably booked under Misha Raymond or it may have been Debmisha Raymond because of my email address. Either way I am the owner. That is my maiden name. Misha is short for Debmisha. I am indeed the person.
I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding the mismanagement of my sonâs birthday party, which was scheduled at the Tilton 9 Theater in Northfield. I had booked his party a month in advance through Sean, who was initially very helpful and thorough in addressing all of my questions. I reconfirmed all details with him and was assured that everything was set for the event. However, upon arriving at the Tilton 9 Theater at 9:30 a.m. on the day of the party, I was shocked to find the venue closed. I immediately began calling and emailing, trying to understand why no staff members were present. After waiting outside with my guests for 45 minutes, I finally received a call from Sean at 10:15 a.m. I explained that we were outside the theater, waiting. What followed was both frustrating and unprofessional. Sean claimed that my party was scheduled at the Rio Grande location and insisted that he was looking at the email correspondences that confirmed this. He accused me of booking the party at the wrong location instead of taking ownership over his error. I told him that this was absolutely incorrect and asked him to recheck the email correspondences. I then forwarded a screenshot of our email exchanges, which clearly showed that the party was supposed to booked at the Northfield location. By that point, my guests and I had been waiting for over an hour. I decided to leave around 10:45 a.m., as the situation had become frustrating. Sean called me again approximately 10 minutes later, but at no point did he take responsibility or offer an apology for the confusion and delay. Instead, he stated that I could come back for the 12:10 p.m. movie that was not going to be private. Unfortunately, by then, many of my guests had already left, and the opportunity to celebrate as I had intended had been lost. This experience was not only disappointing, but also deeply embarrassing. What was supposed to be a joyful day for my son and our guests turned into a stressful and frustrating ordeal. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received. I then called Janet Goldstein several times and she left me a message that a Sean Campbell would call, but he hasn't. It has been several weeks. I was also told that the manager of the theatre would call me and do something for me for my inconvenience and that NEVER occurred. Now I am leaving a review so that others are aware. Needless to say, I will NOT be rebooking any future events with them, nor will I recommend Tilton Theatre to others....
Read moreI love going to this theater they have plenty of staff which makes sure that when you buy your tickets or snacks from the snack stand that you get everything as fast as possible and the have people taking order while people are getting popcorn cookies milkshake etc but there is one thing which is that you get your own drink with the coke freestyle machine and you put you own butter on which is good if you like a lot or little after you put your butter on the last little thing closest to ticket stand there are seasoning for your popcorn for people who like that like me and thatâs just the beginning then you go into the theater which has beautiful leather like seats which are extremely comfortable and the best part about the seat is that the recline except for imax because imax doesnât support that but thatâs just one theater the rest have recliners but if you go into the there at the very end which I think is 8 I would highly recommend that you donât sit in last row because it is hard to see borrow of the screen unless people in front of you are reclined which I wouldnât always count on that cause the 2 times I sat there they werenât reclined but in any other theater you can sit where ever and tbh there is no bad seat even the first rows not to bad because you are reclined and donât have to keep head up except in imax when your movie is over and you are waiting for someone to get you they have seats to sit in while you wait to go in theater or while you wait to get picked up which is a very nice feature but overall this is one of the nicest theaters we have in south jersey and I love going there because they have low prices for a movie theater and everything is fast and...
Read moreIt's super comfy and really nice. It's not a "real" IMAX theater (an original) so it's a little smaller than say, the one at King of Prussia (which is an original one and is like 10 stories tall or something crazy like that), but it's still really nice and big. It's bigger and much nicer than most of the others I've been too. I like it better than AMC Cherry Hill, I think. It's WAAAAY better than the Tropicana one. That one is the worst ever. It's so small! To me it's not even really an IMAX. I can't remember exactly, but I remember thinking this is so small it's ridiculous. The one at the Franklin Institute is super cool, cuz it's an original, but it's also a globe and has super steep seats so if ur dizzy don't go. I got so dizzy when I went when I was 21. It was really cool though!! So, overall Tilton is one of the better theatres. The only bad part is the lobby has no heat or air conditioning and is small where u first walk in. I go all the time though. I like it alot except I want 3D back. It makes the movie so much better! IMAX better bring it back cuz it hasn't improved sales at all. The 3D at Tilton is great when they had it. Also it's free. The tickets were the same price for regular or 3D IMAX. AMC charges like $3.50 extra! This one usually costs around $16. On Tuesdays it's $13.50 usually. A few times when I went to the matinee on other days it was only $9.50. Frank's is def...
