I cannot express how incredible Linda is. To say that she saved my wedding is an understatement! I purchased my wedding dress a year ago and it was everything I could have ever imagined, however this past April after my dad passed away I fell into a massive state of depression and put on quite a bit of weight. When I went to try my wedding dress on only 2 short months away from my big day, I couldn't get the zipper even half way up. I had read other brides reviews about xpert alterations on Facebook and called her. A complete sobbing mess of a bride I was, she reassured me and set up an appointment only a few days later. When I showed up with my dress I was terrified for the worst, but again Linda had done everything to to not only keep me calm but to reassure me. We set up a fitting for a few days after that so she could take out my dress. Still terrified that I would show up and it wouldn't be enough I arrived for my fitting. My dream dress fit me like a glove!!! You couldn't tell at all that my dress covered in lace and beading had been altered! So I brought her my reception dress as well to get altered as it was too long, as well as all of my bridesmaids dresses. I picked them all up yesterday, 5 dresses altered all together within just a few short weeks!!! Everything is absolutely perfect on each of them, the quality is outstanding as if each dress was custom made for all of us, not to mention the love and support and kindness that she shows at each visit!!! Just got home from picking up my dress and cannot say enough wonderful things about Linda and her work. My dress before was very loose fitting, not very flattering on my figure and unbeknownst to me had a hole in the back and I believe there was a loose or missing button. She fixed those for free and MADE that dress fit perfectly to my body. It does not look like the same as before and that’s a good thing.

Every appointment she made me feel so good, confident and was also very thorough and transparent about the process and the work she was doing tailoring it. And the setup she has is perfect and is one on one. You don’t feel rushed, you’re not surrounded by half a dozen other brides trying on dresses and feeling overwhelmed or even insecure. It’s just you and it makes you feel like you’re THE bride, not a bride.

Not to mention how kind she is in helping out others where she can or working extra long hours to make sure someone has their dress by a certain day because another shop messed up. Linda is downright the most kind hearted, sweetest and most talented tailors around. The first shop I called and asked about availability and was given a harsh no because I waited too long. Linda was so sweet on the phone and wanted me to come in even earlier than I thought so she could have enough time to make sure my dress was finished on time and with the utmost care.

Linda was AMAZING from start to finish!! I'm not from the area and I needed my wedding dress altered, so I hopped on Google and started searching for people. I called several rude people and was feeling very discouraged. I then found Linda's reviews and called her. Before the call, I was hesitant to go almost an hour away to meet her without having any connection to her, but all my fears disappeared. I told her my dress was going to be very tricky because from the waist of the dress to the top was all beading. I had also lost a lot of weight since I had the dress, so it was very big on me. She confidently told me that if it were possible, she was the one that could do it. So I went. She was the kindest and most amazing person I could have hoped for. She had to undo all the bead work, bring in the dress, and redo the beadwork among other things. No one else around could have done that. I can't sing enough praises to Linda. I'm blessed to have met her and have her be the one to do my dress. It made me tear up when she was finished from relief and how amazing it looked, and how she made me feel.
