This is by far the worst printing department I've ever had the displeasure of working with. I tried to give them several chances to redeem themselves, to no avail. Here are the incidents that I've dealt with:
Waited 10 minutes with zero assistance for them to tell me the person who needed to help me would be around at some point, who then never came up.
Took documents in for scanning and specifically told the employee that they were official documents and NOT to remove the staples. She not only removed the staples, when I showed her that the scans didn't come through properly via my phone, she told me it must be a phone issue and suggested I pull them up on a computer from home because those would be correct. Pulled them up from home, and the documents weren't properly scanned. I literally have to drive to New Mexico and back because she took the staples out and I ended up scanning everything myself since they couldn't get the job done. The Colorado document also has to receive official notification again and now an application that I've been working on for 3 years is in jeopardy.
Submitted a significant print order with plenty of time for turnaround before I needed them. 3 whole days passed and I finally called to check on the order. I was I initially told, "if we havent texted you, it's not done." I needed the documents to teach a class the following morning. I once again asked them to check on the order. They insisted on calling me back. Waited several hours. They didn't call back. Had someone else call. They made some excuse about a power outage and promised to get it done. Was notified 15 minutes before closing that they were done and went to pick them up. Number of copies was incorrect, color of paper was incorrect, and nothing was stapled as ordered/payed for.

Read moreOn 6/14 we sent labels & an invite via email to this location (104th and Melody) to be printed. On 6/16 my husband gets there and the print jobs are not complete. They said they need payment first in order to do the job. THIS HAS NEVER BEEN ASKED OF US SINCE WE HAVE STARTED USING Office Depot for YEARS! We never received an email stating this either. We pay for everything, confirm what is needed (a 5x7 invite), make our payment and they tell us our invites will be ready by 6:00. At 5:55pm I call and see how its going, if the job is complete (maybe they just forgot to call us). The worker is in the middle of printing and will have them done tomorrow (6/17)! It has never ever taken this long for us to have invites made like this. My husband shows up on 6/17 to pick up the invites and the invites are a 4x6, is this a joke? We waited 4 days for the invite to be incorrect. I call and talk to the employee in printing and shes not helpful. I get the manager on the phone and now shes talking about Copyright?! lol What a joke. So now I have waited 4 days for this invite, I have the wrong size on the invites AND NOW you are asking me about copyright? But you took my payment with no questions ask? They lost my business today. I do so much through Office Depot for my kids birthdays and holiday stuff. Not anymore. Oh and the best part about it, when talking to the manager - all of a sudden during half our convo, she cant hear me no more, Im breaking...
Read moreI was in a hurry, as I had dropped a friend off at King Soopers to shop, while I ran to Office Depot to buy two backup drives.
I went in and looked at drives, but no one was around. I ended up picking out two drives, then went to check out. Another customer was already waiting, so after a few minutes, I went to find someone. Finally, a cashier arrived and after checking out the first customer, attempted to assist me. She searched for the drives I wanted but only found one. Then a call for help went out, but no one answered. Finally, the manager arrived and found one drive, but after looking for the other and not finding it said they sold it earlier in the day.
Not a good visit to Office Depot that day. Every other time I'd been there the staff was so attentive it was almost pestering. Normally all I have to do is ask and they direct me to what I want. They usually can answer all my questions.
