My sister and I took our kids there on 06/20/25. Our kids are 11 months, 3, 4, 4 and 11. When we first arrived it was fine. The manager checked us in. There wasn’t very many people there at all. We THOUGHT the staff was pretty friendly at first. My sister took her 11 month old in the infant and toddler section to play in which my 3 year old followed. There wasn’t very many also two other children in that section much older. Well at that point is when she noticed a male staff member with long hair start watching her and the kids. She started to feel uncomfortable. Our 4 year olds decided to go into the infant and toddler section to play for a moment with the younger kids and that’s when the staff member told them they needed to get out because they were too big. Never said a word to the much older kids in there or the parent with them. Well all of our kids including my sister got out. None of us were in the area any longer, but for some reason the team never kept watching us and following us around. My sister decided to take her 11 month old back in there for the last 10 minutes we were there and he continued to watch her. My 3 year old came to me at the table and I asked her if she was ready to leave and at the point she walked over to the infant and toddler section to ask my sister if she was ready. Wasn’t playing, didn’t touch anything. Had just walked over to ask if she was ready. The team member walked up to my 3 year old and asked her if she was wearing a diaper. My 3 year then responded no. He then responded with okay then you need to leave this area. This is very inappropriate. My daughter is 3. She doesn’t understand. She wasn’t doing anything. My sister was right there and he could have talked to the adult instead of ambushing a 3 year old little girl. He should not have been questioning her under garments period! At that point we gathered our stuff. I informed the other staff members of what happened. It’s very upsetting. I left my number for the manager and have yet to speak with him. I really thought the place was a cool place, my kids loved it, but I really don’t think we will go back. I don’t think I will ever recommend this place. I was very creeped out by the situation. I thought it was very inappropriate for an adult to question a child like that. I don’t ever want my kids to feel...
Read moreMy 4 and 6 year olds had a great time! There is also a big separate area for toddlers and crawlers. It's really big with lots of climbing and sliding and a disco dance room. It was pretty clean and love that shoes must be off and must wear socks. The air conditioning worked great and there were lots of table and even outlets on the walls to plug in and lots of tables. Small thing but love that they give you a paper receipt. (I keep track of my spending by keeping my receipts and logging them in.) I love that they are open afternoons/evenings, but wish they opened at 9am. My kids are at an age they get up at 6am so waiting until 10am for them to open was stressful. The bathrooms were clean but there are no paper towels or a trash can, and only 1 hand dryer even though there are 2 sinks. The 3 of us washed our hands then stood around and had to wait for that one hand dryer. If they are not going to have any paper towels they need one of those foot or elbow openers on the door so you don't have to touch the handle. It is also a downer that their birthday parties are in the open. No separate room or temporary room dividers. There was a birthday party right in the middle of the area with snacks and drinks and pizza and baloons. My kids wanted to be a part of it and it was a downer telling them they are not invited to the party that's going on right next to them. The reason I gave only 4 stars is YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BRING IN FOOD! I spent $44 and could not even bring our own snacks. There is no other kids place that does not allow you to bring your own snacks. They want you to spend even more on their JUNK FOOD. They say you could leave and come back. Yeah, after going through the battle to get them out the door you want me to go through the battle to make them leave, pack them in the car, go home or out to eat ($!), then pack them up and come back. Because of this we will come back but our visits will be few and...
Read moreWe had a great time here. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The play area is great for kids of multiple ages - there is a baby/toddler area, but my 2.5yr old was able to navigate most of the larger area as well. My older elem aged kids had a great time too.
There are two large slides, a "roller coaster" slide, lots of climbing opportunities, a small indoor soccer field, large building blocks, a dance room, and more. There are lots of tables for parents to sit at, and several highchairs. I loved that the play structure was large enough for parents to go inside as well, and my husband and I both enjoyed playing along with the kids.
No outside food/drink is allowed but there are some snacks for purchase. You can also leave and return at any point during the same day, so it's easy to run out for lunch.
No shoes are allowed after you go through the entrance, but staff provides a bin to carry them in which was very helpful and a great idea.
My only constructive feedback for the team here would be - If possible, in the future, offering fresh drinks would be amazing (coffee, tea, chai, etc) and would encourage parents to hang out longer and chat while their kids play! Maybe some packaged bakery items too.
The facility was very clean, except we noticed the floor wasn't swept up after a birthday party (the party was at 10am when we arrived, and then we returned in the evening). So there was still cake, etc under a couple tables. Maybe this was an oversight, but it was definitely noticed by a few parents who had to avoid sitting there.
Overall, this is a great play space and we're...
