Texas Roadhouse — Restaurant in Northglenn

I absolutely hate to leave this type of review. If anything if it's not worth boasting about this it's not worth reviewing. But in this case I felt it to be unjust to not tell my experience truly how it happened. 1st off I have been a texas roadhouse guest for over 20 years and have been to at least 15 different states of which this chain does business in. Let me tell you I have never been so disrespected and ashamed by a business like I was tonight at this location. I come in we a online reservation of 4 adults at which we were sat promptly and satisfactory by the host and front of house personnel. However from that moment after taking our seats little did we know out Easter Sunday dinner was going to not just be ruined but completely destroyed by the wait staff and management that was working the night shift. Yes we were sat at our table at 5:00pm 03/31/2024. We ordered drinks for the table and we received in a timely fashion considering how busy the place was. However after receiving our drinks by a different employee then what we were waited on we went on to wait over 45 minutes before being greeted again which at this point was what I could presume was a manager since he introduced himself as a manager of the business and had asked us how our experience was. Me along with 2 other patrons had explained we had received our drinks but then no other contact was made since then which was over 45 mins. He had asked us what could he do and we asked polity for another round of drinks and also some appetizers. 15 mins had gone by after then interaction and we recieved our apps. But no contact by our waiter and no drinks at this point. Which now going on over an hour after being sat at our table. So then eventually our waiter comes up and rudely ask if we were ready to order as for he was busy and needed to make it quick to get back to his other guest. So we ordered our entrées and also asked about our drinks. He then responds with I don't know I didn't put any drinks in for you folks and I don't care to ask since I'm so busy. So now we are a little bit concerned with not only the attitude but also the service we were receiving at this point in our Easter dinner. So then shortly after ordering the manager who which wore a light blue shirt had then came back to out table and went in on how we didn't need to be there and just because one of have an axxoinf we couldn't expect 5 star service. So then we asked for the check to close out and leave and the manager has the comfort to watch us leave and ask if we're not broke enough to afford a uber/lift/cab I could go on and into further detail but moral is I will never dine at this establishment ever again soley do to this experience I and my family...

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy! Our servers name was RUDY!!! You truly made this evening of celebration absolutely spectacular for our family of three our son is 15 years old and had his principal call and then follow up with a email in regards to how truly amazing he is doing how proud his school is of him and all that he is accomplishing and to make sure that the call was made she his principal said she is getting the opportunity to make a good call home a positive call to parents and so we absolutely had to let him have his choice of a place for dinner He decided to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse and I am so glad he did everything was perfect he put us on the waitlist at home it said your table will be ready in 10-20 minutes so we got up and drive over parked and had the notification our table was ready we were promptly seated with hot delicious rolls placed on the table which was walked to the table with us and greeted immediately by RUDY also let me add this the entire restaurant was packed every table had people seated the restaurant was full but it didn’t matter we felt like the only table there Rudy took our drink request we let him know we would be ordering two steaks from the case upfront and he then insisted that my son and has dad go pick them immediately and directly in front of him to ensure my son and his dad got the steaks they were eyeing then informed us that each order of a steak from the case will get you a free fried pickles order or a blooming onion appetizer we placed our order and I got up to use the restroom when I came back to the table our drinks were already being refilled and our two appetizers were there hot and absolutely delicious everything was so so good already and so now our expectations were running high it’s hard to find quality food service and experience in your first 15 minutes of being somewhere and we were totally feeling the love our food came out and it was beyond perfect our steaks were cooked to perfection my ribs were so so good our Mac and cheese were the only thing we had to have corrected the two sides came out without the bacon on them and RUDY immediately had them remade with extra bacon and extra cheese it truly made us feel so valuable and heard as a customer that I knew this was the best choice my son could have made for a place to celebrate his accomplishments Huge thank you to the entire team and especially RUDY YOUR SERVICE...

i been a customer of this restaurant franchise for years how ever today was the worst experience i ever have on restaurant i recomend this place for a member of the family for his birthday . 9 people we where 6 a the moment when I ask for a table they told me that the whole party have to be there in order to seat us . ok I understand that sometimes people have to wait because not everyone is present at the moment and the restaurant loses money I get it . but after all the members were present I went and tell them we are ready so they told me ok lets get you seated ok so we went inside and while the waitress was getting the silverware to seat us my son say I need to go to the restroom and he went to use it a that moment the waitress said I can't seat you if you guys are not all in here. so I let her know we are all here he just went to use the restroom she look at me mad and raise her voice and tell me i ready told I will not seat you if you guys are no all in here' so I repeat to her we are all in here I just went use the restroom since we were waiting for long she just left and leave us in there she could seat us we were inside already but she decides to makes us wait 15 minutes until my son got back and even after that she didn't seat us until another person went probably another 15 minutes so was going to leave but I recommend that place for the birthday of the family member. what a awful experience that's no a way to treat customers any ways the birthday was pretty much over a that time the food I am not complaining about the food is the person who was on charge to seat us when we got in there the manager was there after we finished eating asking if everything was good I let him know about it but he kind of just dont care. so I will think twice before I go there o recommend that place. and the person who was our server was very friendly so have nothing to do with him but our experience in this restaurant was bad especially...
