UPDATE/EDIT - I really appreciate that the management took the time to give me a specialized survey and seem to genuinely care about making a difference. I really appreciate this about them and this certainly improves my experience with this location. I definitely plan to return to this location after they have resolved the incident described below.
I want to start with that the food was fantastic and that I have always been a big lover of Good Times. The only reason that this is not a 1 star review today is because the wait time was at least very short which I did appreciate and was very typical for my Good Times experiences. The staff that were working when I came in were so beyond unprofessional that I nearly asked for a manager to speak to. If not for my being in a rush and it being late I would have. When I pulled up to the drive though they asked for my order and I started to ask for the couple cups of frozen Custard that my party wanted. While I was halfway through my TWO SENTENCE order I was interrupted by laughing and loads of cussing. (Now at this point I feel that I should clarify that a young group of kids was in the back of the car able to hear all of what was going on) I finished my order without any type of apology or acknowledgement of the fact that he had just totally sat there screaming swear words. At this point I pull up to the window and give them my card to pay. They return it and then proceed to leave the window open and hand out the ice cream one at a time as it was made. While continuing to cuss and swear quite loud the entire time about how funny something was that one of the other teens was doing. This was a really frustrating experience and honestly I regret that I didn't have the opportunity to get ahold of a manager and make sure that they were aware of the employees actions and make rules for the workplace. I would recommend Good Time to anyone looking for great quality food! But if I knew this was the experience you or I would have when dealing with the staff I would highly encourage you to take your hungry self...
Read moreUpdate: last 3 times here have been horrible and as of August 2025 it's the last once again. Last 2 times they can't type the order in right so I received cheese when I didn't want it. Only customer there i DONT GET WHY THEY CANT LISTEN. Then the 3rd time the fries were rehashed, kid in the window has no manner skills. Said thank you to him when handing drinks to us, then again when handing food and he just stares blankly. No smile no you're welcome. People suck anymore. No skills. He tried to hand me straws with the credit card and receipt so the straws fell. Then the burgers suck now more than before because they had to switch to nasty shredded lettuce that just fell out all over the place which also caused the onions to keep sliding out. Quit changing your food!! Go back to the 90s when you did the burgers RIGHT! absolutely horrible now. Not worth the almost 40 dollars for 2 people to eat there. Go out of business. Original: Haven t had Goodtimes in over 10 years because of disappointment with the changes. The "coleman beef" was what made Goodtimes best of everyone, but then they changed the beef, buns, and toppings and put excessive amount of cheese on them now which also ruined it for me. Tried again and got with no cheese so it was tolerable. Still not original best and very expensive for simple fast food. To me, the double goodtime without cheese tasted no different than a Wendy's Daves double without cheese. Goes to show there's just no distinct flavor anymore at Goodtimes. Read moreI have been to this location many times being that it is the closest to me, which is still not very close.It is always lacking in one area or another but the food has never been fresh or on point. I've never complained or written a review because I understand what it's like to work in the food industry. Tonight did it for me though. The food is not cheap and when made fresh and correctly upon order as it should be it is worth every dime, but when your greeted by someone in the drive thru that you can tell they either are having a horrible day or just plain hate their job I should have left then. I didn't and so I ordered my almost 50 dollars for 2 meal deals and the meat isn't cooked all the way it's cold and the whole hamburger is wet and soggy that's gross. The guy on the drive thru tried to ring my card twice and looked very miserable. It is cold outside I get it. Nobody wants to freeze at the drive thru window but if we weren't there to order food you would not have money to pay your bills let alone employees. I will not return to this location but I would definitely get some better management and quality control at this location ASAP before someone gets sick.
