Prost Biergarten — Restaurant in Northglenn

Only 5 stars I can give is to the beer itself. Everything else missed the mark -food, service, and especially atmosphere

Firstly you have to stand in a long line to order your food like its a 2000s McDonald's. Then you gotta go stand in another long line to order drinks. You want napkins? Get them yourself. Want any forks? Get them yourself. No one explained to us how things work. They just hand you a little circlular device and expect you to just know. I had to ask what to do and how things work around here

Also good luck finding any seating that doesnt require you to sit next to another 10 strangers that are half drunk and all trying to talk over each other. This place is a social anxiety nightmare. I want my own table. They need to have way more options of smaller tables for smaller groups

Now onto food. Less than mediocre for the price. The german pizza only had cheese and a few sprinkles of bacon bits and onions. It wasnt very good imo. Lacked a lot of flavor and ridiculous for the price. The 3 little sliders were good but not for the price of basically $14. Good Times bambinos are almost half the price and much tastier

Would I come here again from my own will? No. Would I come here again if a good friend really wanted to? Yes, but only cause of a good friend and I would have the undeniable dreading feeling of the awful...

We love the Prost beirgarten in Highlands Ranch, and this new location in Northglenn is no different! We went to celebrate my wife's birthday and everything from the traditional style German beers to the strudel dessert was top-notch, service was friendly, welcoming and speedy. My go-to order is a large pretzel and a pilsner, it's hard to go wrong with either of those items as they have them perfected.

This new space is large and perfect for watching some sporting events on any of the TVs around the main space or upstairs (with a foosball table), the outdoor space is shaded and comfortable with plenty of room for the kiddos to run around without being in the way, and the production facility is rather large and impressive to look at and watch.

We had such a great time at this amazing spot! The food was absolutely delicious, the beers were refreshingly cold, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a relaxing evening. My daughter and I came in looking for something different, and we certainly found it. The vibe was so inviting and laid-back that we felt right at home. We're already planning our next visit, this time with some friends, so they can experience it too. One of the highlights was the live band that was setting up just as we were about to leave. It's a shame we couldn't stay to enjoy their performance, but it definitely gives us a reason to return. This place is a real gem, perfect for hanging out, enjoying great food and drinks, and soaking in the wonderful ambiance. It’s definitely a spot to chill and unwind.
