Lucky Foot Spa(Health Foot Spa) — Attraction in Northvale

my aunt comes here all of the time, and has had great experiences, so coming for a visit to NJ meant we had to stop in and my first experience here was by far the best massage i've ever had, done by lisa. she was attentive, focused, and so nice. lisa is fantastic and i have to set her aside from the rest of my review. that great experience before was however? nothing like today. today was my second visit, and by far the WORST massage i've ever had, done by Lola. to start the massage she asked me if i liked a harder massage to which i responded, "not really, i have a neck injury". taking nothing i said into account, she proceeded to dig her thumbs into my neck, without any care or technique, leaving me sore, and uncomfortable the entire time despite here and there mentions of discomfort. but what takes the cake were the phone calls and texting throughout my ENTIRE massage. she kept placing the phone beside my head and picking it up every time it rang talking loudly the whole time, and when there wasn't a phone call, there was always a text to which she responded to as she slightly rubbed the same spot on my back over and over again... my neck and back are sore and stiff worse than before i came. my mother had a similar experience this time as well. we're both beyond disappointed with this experience. if i ever return i will only be requesting lisa, and or i believe her name is lily, otherwise i will not be...

A really good massage here at a decent price. They recently had a grand re-opening and gave away a bunch of coupons for discount on their massage services. Specify the time you want, otherwise they will try to up sell you near the end of your massage for another 30 minutes. This seems common practice...
