Northville District Library — Attraction in Northville

Giving a shout out to the Northville District Library! They have been most accommodating through the changing covid restrictions. I realized today that I was going to finish the items I had checked out and wanted to obtain some new items on VERY short notice before the Thanksgiving holiday. I called the library and they immediately pulled the items I requested and had them out for curb side pick up in less then 15 minutes! Thanks so much for going...

Love this library!!! The librarians are super helpful, the book and movie selection is awesome (they often have items before other libraries), and they offer great programs. Additionally, northville patrons can access other libraries through interlibrary loan and MelCat (University libraries) and hoopla ebooks+audiobooks.

Don't miss the Book Cellar used book store in the basement- great deals and a great selection.

Definitely my favorite library...

Not very accommodating or helpful towards my wife as a visitor just asked if she had a card but didn’t go the extra mile to help her. Initiating hey well we could offer you a library card for extended computer printing use. Which I feel could have been disclosed versus you only get two hours there nothing else we could do. Almost like a I really don’t want to help you type of vibe. Very frustrating will not...
