Awesome! Entered office in excruciating pain. I was slowly assisted half walking, half sliding & dragging each foot in an effort to lift each foot to take baby steps as pain radiated thru my lower back as if it was stuck & unmoveable the past 5 days (neck & spinal pains included). After Dr. Washam finished my treatments I was mobile, again able to straighten up (stand), sit, walk unassisted & had my usual smile back. The pain had gone from a 9 to a 1.5. Awesome experience. Will return for needed treatments. Having been a patient of the 49'ers football team's chiropractor while living in California (in excellent hands), & a patient of a well known osteopathic neuromuscular sacrocranial therapist (in excellent hands) while living in Las Vegas, I did not expect to return to Cincinnati & find so quickly a chiropractor/omt as competent & able to so completely help me by immediately addressing the pains & getting me going again as my past doctors who had me & my family spoiled painwise. We didnt have to deal with it whether it was from low back pains, scoliosis, seizures, several car accidents, or just pulled muscles all of which my family experienced. Dr. Washam even used a machine i had not experienced to stretch out the spine & muscles. I'm grateful to God that I found the Norwood Chiropractic & Sports Center. Brandy & Chelsi were so awesome. I will always go there....

I have had multiple Hamstring injuries on both legs over the last ten years of long distance running and never properly treated them. I thought that stretching them on my own, resting and icing would take care of it. I soon learned it did not help enough but still was lazy about doing anything more about it. In May of 2018 I gave myself a grade 1 tear in my left hamstring and my right IT band was also feeling tight. I was so tired of having issues with my legs so I asked Coach Randy Cox of the Earth Drummers team what I should do since I really needed to be more proactive about injuries from now on so I do not cause permanent damage to my body. He suggested I come here since he believes they are the best around. At first I was skeptical because I have heard mixed feelings on how effective chiropractor therapy is. However I decided to give it a chance. I saw Dr. Yost and at first I was scared he was going to tell me I have already done permanent damage. I was relieved to learn how friendly and optimistic he was and he fixed my left hamstring and Right IT band right up! I was so impressed with what he did especially the graston technique. Dr was good, but they billed to wrong insurance and had wrong member ID. Billed me for the difference and kept saying my insurance was lapsed. Anna.M in the office was not at all helpful and wont listen to the clarification i gave, hung up on me. I had to call insurance to figure this out and my insurance said - they nvr sent the claim, calling back to the office - miss anna said it says lapsed in the policy again. we suggested to send the claim again. 2nd time without verifying if the card and numbers were correct, she was going to send the claim... I was the one who suggested she checks if everything was correct.. thats when we found out they did a typo on my ID number and sent the wrong claim.

They should do their due diligence before just sending bills like that to the customers. Listen to the customers if they saying something and dont just hang up on them. I still havent got EOB from office manager like i was promised. I wont recommend this place to my friends even thou i liked my Dr. Office staff makes a huge difference and you know what you dealing with when bill comes and they know...
