Kaimi did a home inspection on a condo I am in the process of purchasing. I was not able to be in person for the inspection. Kaimi collaborated seamlessly with my realtor. The property unit I was looking at was totally renovated, it’s almost new. The seller had provided us a copy of building inspection done a couple of months back, to save us the added expense. I opted into doing the added expense as it is a small amount compared to amount I’m about to spend. In scheduling the inspection, Kaimi was very flexible and was able to adjust on my availability.
