Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hawaii

Usually when we come here the food & service is good. But tonight was a very different experience. Terrible service & False advertising. Website said closing was at 1 am & the drive through was still opened when we got there. Everything looked like as if they were open & taking orders. We got to the system at 11:40PM & we’re waiting there until 11:49PM & no one answered. So we went to the window to order & we were waiting for 3 minutes while one of them made eye contact with us through the window & completely ignored us as if we weren’t there. Then finally someone came to the window & told us they closed at 12. Then I told her it was 11:52 & technically they were still open & she proceeded to look at the time at the computer then turn back to me & say “No, we’re closed” with attitude. Idk why the website says they close at 1am if they close early, their drive thru was still open, & she tells me they close at 12AM & it’s not even 12AM yet. Would’ve been more patient & understanding if they didn’t have an attitude & if they had better explanation. The worst experience at this Kapolei Location....

This last visit was great, the time before was awful.

Ordered online through their app, came to pick it up through the drive thru, because door dash is fail to find out location, and went through the line. Everything was fresh when it came out, when I got it home everything was crunchy and warm, and drinks were cold.

Overall a way better experience than going inside. Going inside was a complete disaster... I didn't write a review because I was so upset that they disregarded me, had my order ready, I asked the cashier who checked me in, if my order was ready. She said no, but I saw an order just sitting, turns out it was my order. They tried to give me the order that was sitting there for over 20 mins.

I think understandably I was very upset. Taco bell food is best fresh, and it was for take out, so I wasn't going to take that old order.

They thankfully remade it after I had to Karen on them. 😩 I dislike doing that very much, but it's taco bell, if it's not fresh, it's soft and gross. Gotta have it as fresh as it can be if you're...

Although the drive though was busy, the person who took our order was very pleasant and didn't have a problem when we asked for extra taco packets. In the past, there have been individual s working this drive through that we question if they had any training. They were rude and didn't realize that sometimes we can't understand what they're saying (though the speaker) so we had asked to please repeat what they said. We even had one yell at us, at the window, when we were leaving, swearing obscenities. We hope they keep this one, and keep up the training - they need to know that they represent Taco Bell and how they handle themselves is a reflection of the company. Thank you Taco Bell for a great...
