Terrible service and jacked up prices. Also, will not take responsibility for damages done on engine repairs caused by them. I went to have some parts installed. When the owner brought my bike to the front to be inspected, the fairings were not properly connected, like obvious gaps. He kindly took the bike back to the shop to fix it. He brought me back into the shop to inspect it again. I pointed out that the opposite side was out of place now, the technician got an attitude about it. He stopped himaelf and then put it back together. I took the bike home but noticed the engine was running correct, it had a miss fire. I drove to work for the next week before I had a chance to bring it in again. I spoke to the guy at the front desk (not the owner), and informed him I was not willing to pay a diagnostic fee if it was not due to an issue I caused, only had 2500 miles on it, highly unlikely, but possible. The owner called me iterate about not wanting to pay and saying I had been riding the bike for a week and half without brining it in. I explained that he should review my odometer as it would only reflect the travel to my home to work to his shop. He stopped in his tracks, as he knew he hasn't checked the odometer. After their inspection, the owner called and said it was the cam tensioner that is bad. I picked up my bike, and took it to another shop. The other shop found a STEEL DOWEL on a intake valve that was dropped inside the throttle when changing cables out. This was causing the cylinder to fill with fuel and backfire when the spark plug ignited. Hawaii Rides is only good for gear, fluids, and inspections. Go anywhere else for work. They offer same day service for a reason, because they lack the demand due to poor service and customer service. Also, the owner always has backhanded comments to customers...

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! I Hated my experience here. I came for a Safety Inspection for my bike, they charged me $14, then after a while, the technician recommended a chain cleanup for $15, I agreed to it and asked to have it Oil-Changed too, I got charged $130 just the Oil Change, ridiculous! After a few days, I came back because my safety inspection paper got wet during a ride, I asked if they can print another one but they don't wanna do it because "THEY HAVE TO INSPECT THE WHOLE BIKE AGAIN", so I end up paying another $14. I registered my bike that same day, then I came back to the shop again only to be told that the technician is about to leave for the day (it is only 2:45pm) and I have to comeback the next day. How long does the final inspection take? The next day, I brought my bike back for final safety inspection, it took 10mins for the tech to stick the sticker to my bike, the tech came in and told me my bike is ready and turned away and he left my bike with keys and paperwork outside while I was inside the store. Someone could have just jumped on my bike and drove away with my bike. These people doesn't have any customer service relations, they acted as if im lucky they serviced my bike. Again, take my advice and bring your bike...

Came in looking for parts and was greated with great customer service, asked if I needed help, and didn't pressure me or hassle me, found what I was looking for and they checked to make sure the helmet wasn't damaged and fit well on my girls head. Also picked up some tires and tubes and the directed me to everything I would need and made sure I understood how do install it, I have since continued to come back and only have received great customer service. From day one this shop has taken the time to aid in any questions, concerns, and always has directed me in the right direction when buying parts, gear, or even a bike from them. They came to Kahuku with the bike for my girl to demo without any strings attached, what shop does that? I was blown away, will continue to return and buy all my things from here on out. Top notch, I know some of the reviews haven't been that great but I feel they have since changed. My personal 2 cents though, I wouldn't cross this off your list as an option for your motorcycle needs. They seem to have addressed any previous issues and are on the right track to great service and great people that offer and help you get what you...
