Securitas security guard Hawaiian lady whom which is very lazy and only sit on the golf cart. She tells me I can't eat in the parking lot. Lies to me making false statements, saying mark automobile parking spaces are receiving area where it is not and not next to nor behind any of the stores. She lies to me saying there a park next to here to eat. She won't let me eat here. Therefore I will tell Target store i will not be buying anymore food from the store. She lets her friends do automobile repairs in the parking lot but i can not eat there. She tells me it is private property. Well since it is, ill take my money elsewhere to spend! Target is too crowded . And the place is full of bad drivers from that community that cuts me off in the parking lot and rub up against my car. The shopping center manager needs to start accepting the truth and find a new security contract. Samoan Securitas security came and harassed me not even 1 minute after I arrived and accused me of loitering whereas these people seen in the photos were loitering there all night whereas the Samoan Securitas security ignored. He is prejudice and discriminate against me and not those in the photos, plus hundreds of...

We frequent the Kapolei Commons for so many reasons. First of all the Sleep Number Store on the corner is amazing. Then the Dunkin Donuts. And because I don't eat meat I go to Down To Earth all the time. It is a Vegan Grocery Store. They have amazing products and are always amazing as far as the service there. Then I go to the Ross quite a bit. Aloha Salads and Subway are spots we go to very often. There is also an Office Maxx and a Petco. And one of my favorite stores here is the TJ Maxx. There is also an Inspiration. We also frequent the Regal Theatres here at the Commons. There is also a Dennys and a Ruby Tuesdays. There are a bunch of other stores too. Overall it's a great shopping center. There is some construction goin on right now. They are getting ready to open an Ulta and a Home Goods. I can't wait for Home Goods to open. The only negative about this shopping center is the way that the parking lot is constructed. If you make a wrong turn you have to go all the way around the parking lot. Other than that... almost everything you need is here in the Kapolei Commons. Oh, how could I forget Target. Yes there is a Target down by TJ Maxx. A beautiful Target might I add. See...

This was overall an okay visit to a Genki. It was my first visit to the Kapolei location. First, the wait was over an hour to be seated, but what was worst was the unfriendliness of the hostess. Understandable was the staffing shortage, but I felt could have been nicer. Their ordering system is new to me where you have to use your phone to order by scanning the qr code. My phone could not load the site. So had to order by old traditional method, asking for items of the wait help. When final started receiving orders, the spicy ahi wonton and tuna bomb were delicious and generous. The spicy ahi bowl was ok, but the rice amount at this location is extremely skimpy. Ordered rice separately and from the picture you can see they only gave at tiny scoop that they charged $2 for, disappointing. There was a change of shift in the middle of our dining and we noticed the rest of our order was not coming so we flagged a server, who was much friendlier and helpful than the previous staff. She made sure we got our order, filled our tea and water. She made up for the difference in our experience. She added to...

Great shopping center with fav Target, Down to Earth, Massage envy, Nail Boutique, Self servd yogurt store, and much more BUT the parking is super tight in some areas and the traffic pattern is not the best. Several times I had to avoid a collision because vehicle ran stop sign etc.
