Nails & Lash Boutique — Attraction in Oʻahu

I came to this business location because this is where Kevin & Ai moved to. I will never get my nails done by anyone else because they are too great. I made an appointment to get ready for my wedding: I brought my Mom, Sister, Aunty and Matron of Honor to get various services done on each of us. Kevin is the only nail tech that I have ever had that does my nails quickly, efficiently and to my liking. Most people leave the acrylic too thick, and I especially like it a lot thinner than most other people do but he has always filed it down as thin as possible and it still lasts a really long time (and I’m not delicate with my nails so that’s saying something LOL) 😁 I always ask for Kevin but if he’s not available then Ai is always my next choice. We had 3 other people helping all of us during our appointment (I’m so sorry but I don’t remember their names) and they were wonderful as well. The whole staff is wonderful and very nice & courteous but Kevin & Ai are my favorites (sorry not sorry!) I will always go wherever Kevin & Ai are. 😁 They absolutely ALWAYS make sure we’re happy before we leave. They even fix anything we accidentally mess up before leaving without any fuss at all! I absolutely love them! FIVE stars...

Aloha mai…First of all, Iʻm really pleased that I was accommodated at 3.30p, considering I had phoned for the appointment at 12:30 Pm, specifically for Maya. I had a truly relaxing pedicure during which I had napped. Maya had surely given me a Super wonderful feet n Legs Massage as well as a beautifully done pedicure. Today, 21Sept. 2023, I had a wonderful pedicure Service by Maya. I esp appreciated her removing the Extra skin that appear on the top of my Right “papa” toes n the next 2 toes. Mayaʻs Leg massages are so exhilerating, too. Iʻm so appreciative of her excellent Services.

I had added a manicure without any Nail polish as the polish would easily chip as I play my ukulele for my haumāna. Iʻd waste Mayaʻs work on my fingers. Her gentle massages of my fingers n hands were quite Soothing. Nui ka mahalo, e Maya. LU, Aunty Sue

I went to this place a few weeks ago first time. I didn't wait too long as I had an appointment. I had Maya to do my pedicure. She wasn't friendly and didn't say two words to me. While doing my legs with the scrub wash, she accidentally rubbed her arm on it. Now, mind you, my legs and feet were clean. She rubbed her arm as if I was dirty and the way she handled my feet like it was a big deal. I was so discussed about her attitude, and the whole time, she kept on wiping her arm with discussed. Never had this experience in my life. You can bet she is a nasty person with a poop attitude in life. If you can treat your customers like this, how do you treat anyone in your life. I still gave her a $10 tip. I would have given her more. I should not have given her a tip. This is why customer service is so important. I was still a good person leaving her a tip because she did the work. I will never return to this place because of the attitude I received.
