Unhelpful. You could really just say no. Like an adult. It’s a complete sentence. 🤣 And to be perfectly clear. I fully understand that this two separate entities. Unlike what the owner is trying to portray below me. My review is solely based on the fact that I stood in the lobby of this establishment for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment other than whoever was on staff that day sending their trainees to the front to make sure nothing went missing. AND then proceeded to wait till after I left to answer my email/text message- yes I sat in the parking lot and watched you do this purposely. Awful customer service through and through. But I’m sure the clients you’re ok with pandering to will buffer your rating 😂 I’ll happily drive to PF where at least the staff...

I love this gym! Whether you prefer to workout in a group class or by yourself, North Shore Fitness offers both.

I prefer the CrossFit classes, because they help me push myself and stay motivated, but it’s nice to come in and do my own workouts when I feel like it.

The coaches are great and the classes work for any fitness level. It makes it a lot less scary to come to class every day, knowing that every workout movement can be modified to each individuals specific needs. Functional fitness for every day life is the priority and it shows.

I’ve done my fair share of different CrossFit gyms and this has to be my favorite CrossFit programming I’ve ever experienced. It pushes you really well but is easily scalable for wherever you’re at in your fitness journey. Each coach is so personable and friendly. The gym is always clean which is a plus. You can tell they have high standards as far as keeping equipment in good shape. They care a lot about moving well not just lifting heavy (which is what I’ve experienced at many other crossfit gyms)....
