Pacific Shopping Mall — Attraction in Oʻahu

I love this little mall because it has something for almost all your everyday necessities (like the best fast food McDonald's, Sack N Save for your groceries, the US Post Office, Ohana Korean BBQ Food, A&G American Food, Subway Sandwiches, Napa & Oreillys Auto Parts Store, Colortyme Rent to Own for your household needs, 808 Fade, Nanakuli Laundromat, Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center (doctors), Ke Ola Mamo Native Hawaiian Health System, Hele Gas Station) and is very near to the other necessities that they don't have located there in the mall (like Ed' s Auto Repairs, Nanakuli Food Giants, Kaiser Permanente Nanaikeola, Nanaikeola Seniors Home). There used to be a dentist office in the mall but they closed after the bowling alley, then there was a dentist by Ed' s Auto Repairs, then they moved and the senior home was built, so hopefully we will have a dental practice move in soon, because I don't think there's room for a bowling alley again, as well as a movie theater like we used to have. But maybe there's room for another chop suey...

Place is very busy but surprisingly there were all lines open and though the lines were backed to the grocery aisles, they moved along pretty quickly and steadily. I appreciated that! Though I didn't find everything I was looking for they have all your common and staple foods most grocery stores carry. Their prices are fair and beats neighboring markets in the West. Tamuras might have more selections as far as dried goods etc they're just as busy, but they're slightly more expensive than Sack and Save. If you need to buy common household groceries Sack and Save is your safest bet. Otherwise travel a bit further in and pay a little more to get a better shot at what you're looking for or need. To be fair, I don't expect any of the islands groceries to have what I was looking for except maybe a farmers marker, swap meet, or Pacific Supermarket in Waipahu. (I was hoping to find Pandan leaves and or pandan flavoring to make Chinese...

Customer service excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable when shoppers need help in finding items. Always with a smiley face on. All sections of items were in it's place. Produce section clean n very beautiful arrangements with colors awesome. The whole department was in awe ! Job well done staff. Security topped it all kept bothersome people away from shoppers especially kupuna's waiting for the HandiVan service. Thanks to Angie for her gracious help towards my needs with a smiley face. Will be back to shop at Sack n Save again. Ms. Angeline McShane...
