All the associate working inside are rude. Absolutely no customer service at all. The have the little window you talk through and the little window were they hand the ticket to you all blocked off. So you can’t hear a thing that they are saying to you. So they get attitudes bec you keep asking them to repeat what they are saying. So I ask why is everything blocked off he says so we can stay cool. Are you serious? So can’t hear anything but as long as they stay cool with there funky attitudes! Worst customer service ever!!! Who ever is in charge might want to have a talk with your employees and tell them at least smile and maybe take down the paper that they have so customers can actually hear what they’re...
