Arthur Heurtley House - Frank Lloyd Wright — Attraction in Oak Park

Please note that this is a private residence and only open to the public on special occasions. This is my favorite "Prairie" house by Frank Lloyd Wright. It is a masterpiece, and worth a half-hour just to look at from up and down the street. It is in the midst of many Wright structures in Oak Park, including his home and studio. The best way to experience these is by attending a "Wright-Plus" Weekend, which are put on annually by the Wright Foundation.
