A little frustrated. It is raining here. I do not know if it is raining in Oak Park. We have to drive an hour and a half to get to the venue and no one answers the phone to tell us if the show is on or off. No one is there to tell us if tonight's tickets can be used tomorrow or if we have to completely reschedule and get a refund through Gold Star. The site says, The decision will be made as close to performance time as possible and staff will be on hand to give you assistance. So that means three hours in the car to find out if it is canceled? Why not put a message on the voice mail of Mary giving us an idea of what to do if she cannot answer...
