Today I have a bad experience. I came to do Brow Lamination | Lash Lift (Tint Included) | Eyebrow Tinting. Once she done I shocked from the results. I was polite and paid the amount $194 which I should not. And I told them that I am not satisfied about the results and how can I fix my eyebrows. They told me wash it with water. I went home fixing my eyebrows. Then noticed that my eyelashes is cutting in half. I called them, they said they will call the manger and asked me for pictures, I came to them so they can see by their eyes. They started to tell me that this is actually the size of my eyelashes and making excuses which is not true because I have a long eyelashes. I told them I want to speak with the manager to give me the refund , they told me she is not here and will call you in the weekend which I need to wait for a whole week so she can call me. They said they don’t have her number and that’s not true and she doesn’t work in week days. In the end I went there and let them destroy my eyelashes and make my eyebrows like a devil and payed for that $194. Trust me if you love your eyelashes and your eyebrows don’t go to them because they will ruin them. I feel really sad about what happened to my eyelashes and my eyebrows. And now I need to wait for my eyelashes to grow...

This was my second time at sugaring and it's always a great experience. When I walked in I was greated by Quita, whom provided excellent customer service. You can tell she takes pride in her job and wants you to have a good experience. Even after my service she made sure things went well. Another thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness and smell. It was inviting and welcoming. With all that said I went for my underarms with Ada. She was so nice and efficient. She made me extremely comfortable and talked to me the entire time making sure I was OK. Make sure you book her😀 I then decided to get a Brazilian with Uly. Ladies we all know how nervous you are getting that done. I was shaking and sweating and honestly I wanted to stop. She was so reassuring and so encouraging that I made it through. She applied pressure at the perfect moments and always asked if I was OK after every lovely flick of the wrist☺️ Make sure you book her too.

I had an appointment today at 11:10 with Josie for Brazilian and vajacial. Do to parking issues I got there about 11:20 which I thought would be fine because she was still working on the client before me. Everything was going good until it was time for my vajacial in which she stated that she won't be about to do because her next client had arrived. I asked her was this normal to stop servicing one client because another was had arrived she said well yes because we are out of time. I then asked the lady at the front desk who claimed to be the supervisor about this and she says well yeah she was a little behind and you was late getting here. I said yes I was late but I still would've had to wait even if I was on time because she was still working with another client when I got here. Had I been told that I might not be able to get all the services I booked when I got here than I could've made other arrangements or just cancelled all together. I will definitely not be going back...
