Shea Aesthetic Clinic — Attraction in Oak Ridge

I did not intend on leaving a review but for the past 3 days I've got multiple notifications on Gmail and text message to leave one- So here it is. I have been a repeat customer at Shae Aesthetic for the past two years. I have had multiple lip flips and filler. The place is always extremely clean and welcoming. Recently I went to get a lip flip. I usually get six to eight units of Botox, which are usually $10 to $11 per unit. My total ranges from $80 to $100 depending. At my last appointment, I had a different women than I usually get. She said we would do the 6 which would be about $80 based on my previous appointments. She asked if she could do TWO more in my chin to prevent frowning. So I'm under the impression that I got EIGHT total units, totaling to $100 or so. They ring me up for $225. I had $40 in points which brought me down to $185, which is still way more than I anticipated for 8 injections. Turns out those two in my chin we're actually 12 units. She was not transparent about this. I feel slighted. I feel they were deceitful about their prices. They explain to me that Botox was no longer $10 a unit but $12.50, which is fine. they have had two price increases since my previous appointment. Also fine. But even with that price increase and it being communicated to me that I was getting (eight injections) the total still did not make sense. I genuinely feel like I was scammed. I drive over an hour to come to Shea's, as I live in middle Tennessee. I will be looking for something closer to me for future...

Dr. Bass is outstanding — not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and make sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. There's never any pressure, which I really appreciate.

The spa itself has such a cozy, welcoming atmosphere — you immediately feel relaxed and at home. As someone who isn’t concerned with getting older but just wants to look the best I can at my age, I love that this spa offers a variety of services tailored to my goals. It’s refreshing to find a place that combines professionalism with such a personal touch.

I ABSOLUTELY 10/10 highly Recommended Shea Aesthetic’s! By far they are the best around in the Oak Ridge/Knox area heck East TN in general (in my opinion), my fillers were done by the Gorgeous and talented miss Stacy.. she was so gentle and kind and knew exactly what I wanted and I left with the results I’ve been longing for🙌🏼 also the staff is very nice and helpful. Mallory at the front desk is so kind and she answered any and all questions I had. They are AMAZING! Each and every one of them do phenomenal work at great prices. I highly recommend you go to them if you want your Botox fillers facials etc. done right and at an affordable cost! Also, if you go mention my name and we both get points! That’s another awesome perk about the place. Points turn into less money you have to spend on your next sessions!! Now how cool is that??
