Over the course of the last month and a half I have been in and out of this store trying to figure out how to get my rifle fixed, after 3 visits of being told it's a battery / charger issue. They later took it apart and said that it was the mosfet and wire harness that was broken and needed replaced. They told me that they would need to keep the gun there and provided me two options that would repair it, 1 being the stock mosfet and the 2nd being a 3rd party Bluetooth replacement that they ensured would work but it would take 3 weeks. I bought another rifle from them so I could go airsofting and have a spare in case another broke down (the gun they sold me had a broken charging handle), 3 weeks later I was called and informed the replacement for my gun I left for repairs wouldn't work, and that to get it fixed they would need to order the original part and charge me for the time they had spent even though no work had been done. So I decided to get my gun back on the way to twin cities airsoft, however when I got there my charging bolt was damaged and wouldn't lock anymore, so I had left it with them for repairs and bought a grenade set they had reccomended me. This grenade set ended up BREAKING after the 2nd use. I went the next day to get an exchange for the handle, where the same worker told me that i used it wrong and to only screw it half way, I went home and tried it again and it didn't work when used EXAXTLY how the employee said to, So a week later I return to pick up my gun and to ask about the faulty grenades. The technician then identifies that I was sold a set that was from two different companies that was completely incompatible. I told him I used 2 at the field when the first set failed and then a 3rd one to test what the employee had told me to do. Because I was sold the wrong product he offered me a full refund on the shells when I brought the remaining shells in. I took my rifle back after they had it in their possession for over a month and when I got home I noticed that the hand guard was now loose and a screw was missing. So the next day my dad takes in my gun and the shells for the return as he works close to the store and it is a far drive to make just for a 16 dollar return, and the same technician that offered just the day before a full refund now only offers a half refund on the shells as 3 are missing, doubling back on his word.
If you are looking into getting into airsoft, or want a outlet that provides reliable products/good technical support and repairs, RUN.

Read moreI would like to express my thanks to the Airsoft Station Company and their Staff, especially to Mr. Duane C. that personally took it upon himself to see me through what normally would have been a vicious cycle of "who's to blame". I expressly decided to Shop with Airsoft Station to buy numerous items that I could have bought using the numerous "Internet" Box stores. Brand loyalty to me means buying items, especially big ticket items, from the Company that actually specializes in that product. In my instance it turned out to be a blessing. Upon completing my order using the normal Internet checking boxes and providing my necessary information, all went smoothly until the third party shipping Company decided that I was not going to receive what I ordered. I immediately contacted via Airsoft Station Support my dilemma and after providing the Airsoft Station staff of what transpired with proof of the third party shipping "mistakes", Airsoft Station investigated and without any prodding from me, refilled my order and shipped out using "Express" shipping. I was amazed as to how efficient and professional all this was handled! I never received this kind of attention from any of the "Internet Box Stores". My long winded account is of how Airsoft Station will still provide an excellent product and matched if not exceeded by the Staff in listening to and satisfying their customer base. I am truly indebted to Airsoft Station in spite of the "World Wide Web" being so overwhelming in how we are invisible but they still have the Old Fashioned attitude in helping their customers....
Read moreWhen I first visited the store in person I was amazed at how vast, a mighty long wall of rifles covered one side of the building. However, the customer service needed some improvement. I looked past it and purchased a rifle from them. They yet to tell me all the details of the purchase before hand, such as the no return policy, or trade in for the same gun if the internals were not functioning properly. I returned my gun after 3 days of use. Still clearly within the warranty, the only thing they told me. They attempted to fix it, when I returned the day after I purchased the rifle. Lacking the ability to do so, they told me to just "get used to it". My rifle was consistently shooting to the right, the internal barrel was to blame. They scraped the barrel to even it out, which hardly made a difference. Frustrated, I decided to just return the gun and get my money back. Even then, I had to negotiate with the employees just to get my money back for a, since the very beginning, Malfunctioning gun. My gut was correct. The customer service at this store is very appalling when directed towards a minority group in my opinion. I may be wrong, but my time spent at the store. I had yet to see a single minority customer treated the same as a non-minority customer. Those are just my observations of this business. I no longer support this business in anyway. I just hope that whoever is reading this knows my story, and for the business to improve on their customer service, so their customer can feel welcomed and...
