I would recommend anyone to stay anywhere else but this hotel. Traveled 12 hours for a family emergency and was stuck in a snow storm and had to find a hotel to pull off at.
Our first room we booked the toilet was broke and would not flush. 2nd room we received was dirty and the air conditioning did not work.
The staff I have delt with have the worst and suckiest attitude I’ve ever experienced at any business. Left my wallet in the room and asked “ Dana “ to please see if she could go and check the rooms and in response I was told “ im not doing that, whenever floor staff start cleaning rooms they will check” had to get in touch with the general manager and thankfully she went up and found it for me.
After I was told I could come by and pick it up Saturday or Sunday. I came back through Minnesota to pick it up. Little did I know my wallet was locked up in the general manager’s office and I was never told she was going to be gone until Monday. the problem I had was the same front desk worker “ Dana “ refused to help me again. She only called once and said yeah there’s nothing I can do when the GM didn’t answer I asked if she had a corporate number or a on call manager to get in touch with and refused to help me find someone that can unlock the office and was told “ it’s not my problem and technically we can hold your personal property until a GM returns to work. I asked to be compensated to maybe stay 3 days until the GM returned back to work Monday and was told no. This situation got way out of hand when she started raising her voice and started to walk away from me and told me “ I’m not dealing with this “ you can go find another hotel and wait after I stated that I live 7 hours away and I can’t just drive back.

Read moreThe front desk staff on each shift was incompetent - the person who checked us in made us run our cards multiple times, try different cards, and couldn't explain anything. The night shift person was wearing pajamas and annoyed that we interrupted him eating his delivery food that he had spread out all over the breakfast area. The morning person was rude when we asked about why there was no hot water. Breakfast was half empty every day - no butter, no syrup, the juice overflowing onto the ground, waffle batter half empty. The room itself smelled DISGUSTING, to the point that we to purchase plug in air freshener and spray for the carpet to make it tolerable.
