Amazing place! Can't wait to eat here again and again

When you walk in the energy is so high from the upbeat Japanese music, mural and people working.

We had the squid salad, seaweed salad, gyoza, chicken karrage bento box, spicy tuna roll, green dragon roll and the katsu curry.

Squid salad was great, unique texture with amazing flavoring. This will for sure be reordered.

Seaweed salad was good, I'm not personally a fan but everyone else liked it.

Gyoza were some of the best I've ever had, the filling was so tasty and they were cooked perfectly.

Chicken karrage bento box was fantastic! We'd never had chicken karrage before and it was so delicious. It also came with tempura fried veggies, fried rice and cut up veggies in a thin brown sauce. You need to get the bento box for those veggies in sauce, so yummy.

Spicy tuna roll was a really good flavor, green dragon roll was so good. I'm usually a huge soy sauce person and honestly neither roll needed it because the flavor on it's own was so good.

The katsu curry from the moment we grabbed it smelled so good. The breading was nice and crispy even after sitting in the curry. Plus the curry itself was so good you could cost anything with that and I would eat it. 10/10

The place has plenty of parking, limited seating for dine in orders just the sushi bar and one high top. Despite lots of people ordering the wait wasn't long and even if it is the food it's worth the wait. I felt all the portions matched the prices, which is...

We ordered a red dragon roll and a number nine roll. I was particularly excited about the red dragon because I love tuna and spicy tuna together and I have eaten a lot of spicy tuna from many different sushi restaurants and the one I had here was hands down the spiciest one I have ever had. It was too much, it totally blew out my palate, made my face turn red, and my nose run. I couldn’t taste anything else. Before my second bite, I saw that the tuna on top was also coated with red pepper flakes in addition to the spicy tuna inside the role. I pushed off some of the red pepper flake on the tuna slices on top to see if I could get a sense of the fish quality and I thought the tuna itself was very good. The number nine was delicious, the quality of the salmon was good, the tempura shrimp was nice and crispy, and the sauce was good. Bento Moto is truly wonderful. A few weeks before visiting this establishment, I vacationed in Japan and got to experience authentic Japanese cuisine for the first time. After coming back home and eating all the western food I could handle, I started to miss the taste and "heart" that's poured into so many authentic Japanese dishes. One afternoon I decided to join my coworkers for lunch at Bento Moto. I ordered the chicken katsu ramen and chicken kushiyaki and they were both delicious. For a moment, I felt as if I was back in Japan eating the best bowl of Ramen I've ever had inside a tiny and tightly packed restaurant. The food here is 10/10 and if you're looking for something that reminds you of Japan ... or makes you want to visit Japan .... then you have to check this place out!
