To Whom it May Concern...Greetings!!!

I’ve been a buyer and a pawner, at Walt’s. What I can say, is that I have always been treated with the utmost of kindness, fairness, and respect, whenever I have done business with them.

Walt’s great, but let’s face it, at this point, he’s earned the right to be on the golf course, or whatever the heck floats his boat...lol!

In my opinion, his wisdom, in choosing top notch people to represent him, is the number one reason for why precisely, I am such a big fan of Walt’s Pawn Shop!

Of course, when you’re buying, you go to a pawn shop for the selection and quality of it’s merchandise.

Whether it’s a professional grade power tool, a mother of pearl inlaid accordion, or a Rolex wristwatch, a trip to Walt’s reminds me why it is rarely a wise idea to purchase almost anything “new”...unless it’s something related to your own personal hygiene, or something like that...lol!!!

Yep, in my opinion, a visit to Walt's Pawn Shop, in beautiful, historic downtown Ocala, is well worth one’s time because when you can describe both the merchandise and, most especially, the people, who dedicate, a huge chunk of their lives, working at a place, as BOTH being Outstanding, Top-Notch, and Above and Beyond the Call of Duty, you’ve got a Win-Win combination that guarantees everybody benefits at the end of the day!!!

Thank goodness I've never had to pawn anything but due to the pandemic of the covit19 and being out of work for a couple of months I had gone there with a couple of items nothing expensive or extravagant as Dolius of a bracelet and to stilling rings with diamonds all I was asking for was $30 to put food on the table for a couple of days until I received a check that our boss was going to advance us due to the fact that we have been out of work at Walt's pawn shop they told me the items were not worth $6 which I know I paid more than $300 for all 3 items but all I was asking for was 20th $25 to get by the next couple of days and being a community business they turned me down and said the value was not even worth $6 but that's not the point the point is being a community business you supposed to help your community and they fail to do so I went to value pawn and gun and they gave me $80 no questions asked...that's what a company should do to serve their community. Randomly popped in for my fiancés birthday gift. Decided on a beautiful ruby/diamond combination ring that my fiancé loves. The jewelry manager, Rachel, was UNIMAGINABLY courteous, considerate, and professional- assisting and explaining everything about the experience in depth. I greatly appreciate the time she took to make me feel valued as a customer and the time she took to make me feel welcomed at their establishment. The level of professionalism I experienced from Rachel, Jacob, and David- (as someone that frequents many pawn shops- I love window shopping and impulse buying, lol) - is absolutely unrivaled. This is not only right up the road from my home and therefore extremely convenient. But I don't see myself going anywhere else for any of my pawn needs. Highly recommend Walt's Pawn to ANYONE. Great customer service is rare these days and they are the...
